Coastguards View is a shoreside mid-terrace, three storey cottage resting in Swalecliffe, Kent. Hosting four bedrooms, including a ground-floor double with a TV, a double with a TV, a double and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to eight guests. There is also an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an open fire. Outside there is off-road parking for one car, an external utility, a front garden with patio and furniture and a rear courtyard with bike storage. Coastguards View is a charming setting for your next trip to the north Kent coastline. A starter pack of fuel will be provided for the open fire and more fuel is available during the stay from the owner, on request.
Amenities: Gas central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. 3 x Smart TV's, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. A starter pack of fuel will be provided for the open fire and more fuel is available during the stay from the owner, on request. Off-road parking for 1 car, additional roadside parking available. Front garden with patio and furniture. Rear courtyard with bike storage. Pet-friendly. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.5 miles, beach 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps up to the property. Please be advised: This property has a slipway available adjacent the property, suitable for launching small vessels. The ask the owner for the key.
Note - If you require logs /kindling for the open fire during your stay please help yourself , it is stored under the raised decking area in the garden.
