It leads out to a terrace. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the upper floor, you will find a room with a double bed suitable for 2 people. Just an example - the bed dimensions are 2 x 80 cm, with a length of 200 cm.

The property offers a terrace of 10 m2 with terrace furniture, providing a view of the golf course. Facilities available include a children's high chair, a baby cot (extra charge), and Wi-Fi internet access (extra charge). Up to 2 pets or dogs are allowed, and a smoke alarm is installed for your safety. During your vacation, you can enjoy amenities such as a washing machine, a barbecue, a dishwasher, heating, a microwave, and a television.
