The owner does not accept youth groups.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room house that spans 100 square meters and is spread across two levels. The rustic and cozy furnishings include a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a heating stove, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living area leads out to a terrace. The open kitchen, conveniently located in the entrance area, is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring all your culinary needs are met. Alongside the kitchen is a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The kitchen also offers access to the garden. Ascending to the upper floor via a spiral staircase, you'll find a double bedroom and another room with a bed and a pull-out bed, both with exits leading to balconies. There is also a shower area with a bidet and WC. The house features gas heating and natural stone floors throughout.

During your vacation stay, you'll have access to a range of amenities designed to enhance your comfort and convenience. These include a washing machine, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, and a hair dryer. Additionally, you'll have access to free WiFi internet throughout the property.
