The property is an 11-room house spanning across three levels, with a total area of 260 square meters. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room measuring 25 square meters, equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, leading out to a terrace. The entrance hall features a cozy wood-burning stove. Additionally, there are two bedrooms on this level - one with a French bed (180 cm long) and access to the terrace, and another with two beds (90 cm, 200 cm long). An open kitchen is also located on this floor, complete with four hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a freezer. There is also a bathroom with a toilet.

It features air conditioning, a washing machine, a barbecue area, a dishwasher, a fireplace, satellite TV (flat screen), heating facilities, a microwave, and a television. There is also an entrance hall with a wood-burning stove, two bedrooms (one with a French bed measuring 160 cm long and another with two beds of 90 cm length), an open kitchen (four hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer), and a shower room with a toilet. Wood heating is available on this level. The top floor features a living/dining room with sloping ceilings (ceiling height ranging from 110 to 230 cm), equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm, 200 cm long), a kitchen corner, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. There is also a bedroom with sloping ceilings (ceiling height 120 to 230 cm) and a French bed (160 cm, 200 cm long). Additionally, there is another living/dining room (16 square meters) with sloping ceilings (ceiling height 110 to 230 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Two more bedrooms with sloping ceilings (ceiling height 110 to 230 cm) are present, each containing two beds (90 cm, 200 cm long). An open kitchen with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine is also available on this level, along with two shower rooms with toilets. The property features forced-air heating. Outdoor spaces include a roofed terrace measuring 18 square meters, another roofed terrace spanning 12 square meters, and terrace furniture. A box-room and a sea view add to the charm of the property. Facilities include a washing machine, a safe, a baby cot, and complimentary logs. Free WiFi internet access is provided. Please note that two bedrooms on the top floor have small windows.
