The property consists of a 5-room house with a spacious and beautifully furnished living/dining area that includes a TV (flat screen). The living/dining room opens out to the garden and terrace. On the same level, you will find a room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), a hand-basin, and a shower, which also provides access to the garden. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and extra Nespresso capsules. The kitchen also has a dining nook and opens out to the terrace. There is a separate WC on this level. The upper floor features one room with a French bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), and two rooms, each with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a separate WC.

The property offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, internet (WiFi, free), reserved parking, and a garage that can accommodate up to 2 cars.
