At 1 hour from Paris Saint-Lazare, you will have all the necessary comfort: wifi (optical fibre), bed linen and towels provided, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen.

The accommodation
The 80 m² house is presented as follows:

On the ground floor :
- Entrance
- Living room fitted out with a modular sofa, a library, a flat screen TV.
- Kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, dining area around the central island...
- Bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Separate toilet.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: queen-size double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), desk, cupboard, private shower room.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), desk, cupboard.
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm), desk, cupboard.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- Terrace of 2.5 m x 10 m, with barbecue.
- Enclosed garden of 54 m x 16 m, with fixed garden furniture.

- Pontoise regional hospital 10 minutes away.

Activities
Pontoise, city of art and history, is appreciated by culture lovers. A royal city that has welcomed several kings of France and rich merchants since the Middle Ages, it was also the place of residence of many artists, notably the Impressionist painters. Today, the vestiges of this incredible past make up the charm of Pontoise. You can visit the city's underground passages, the Pissarro and Tavet-Delacour museums with their surprising collections or take a cruise on the Oise during the summer months. You can also let yourself go through the old streets of the old town which hold so many secrets...

L'Impressionniste The accommodation was adequate, the beds were comfortable and the property had space for the 6 of us. The property has great potential however I think it’s time for a new cleaner, it was very dusty and was quite obvious the house hadn’t been cleaned properly before as the dishwasher was still full on arrival, there was no bin bag in the kitchen bin, the light switches all had dirt on them, the sofa was covered in stains and didn’t smell particularly nice. In the photos the grass was cut nicely but on arrival the gardens front and back were severely overgrown and the garden furniture was broken, so over all not great but for a long weekend was OK, This property needs some tlc.

L'Impressionniste "We had a pleasant stay at L'Impressionniste. The house is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of on street parking, and you can also park off-road in front of the garage. The house appears to have been recently renovated inside to a good standard. The bedrooms are a good size, the linen was spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Had it not been from the outside of the property and the garden looking a little tired and run down, we would have given a 5-star rating."
