Apartment was lovely. First floor, lots of space for 4 people. Comfy beds, coffee, tea and sugar. Small outdoor area also. Up one flight of stairs.

The place had a fantastic location and the beds were comfortabls and the bathroom clean. The kitchen was lacking in cleanliness, I suppose the last guests didn't wash the pans too well before putting them back in the drawer. But it was convenient to stay for a few days :)

Très bel emplacement , très bel appartement mais vétuste et poussiéreux , hôte très réactif . Dommage que le ménage très très sommaire.Si l'appartement était repeint et correctement nettoyé ça serait une pépite. Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour .

J'ai adoré le haut plafond, les moulures, la petite cours dans le fond. Tout était nickel et décoré avec gout. Très bon emplacement. Seul hic, devoir passer la chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain mais c'est un détail! Le propriétaire fut réactif quand j'en avais besoin! Je recommande!

L’emplacement idéal dans Bordeaux !!! Mais manque de confort car eau de la douche juste tiède et pas mal de poussières pour une allergique aux acarien comme moi.

Good location in the city, easy to access transport and most tourist spots were walking distance. Spacious place. However, the fans were too small and weak for the hot weather (there were only two fans, would recommend three fans when the weather is hot). Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and the owner let us checkout later without extra fees. Thank you.

La struttura può vantare solo la posizione che è eccellente. Ma manca di qualsiasi comfort per un soggiorno piacevole . Manca chiarezza nella Descrizione e nelle foto in quanto non viene rappresentato che il vano doccia e lavandino si trova all’interno di una delle camere da letto pertanto noi, come Gruppo di amici adulti, ci siamo trovati in forte imbarazzo per mancanza di privacy e per poter soddisfare le necessità quotidiane di pulizia. Assenza totale di prodotti per la pulizia delle stoviglie e dei sanitari , un solo sacchetto mini per la spazzatura , assenza di tovaglia/tovagliette scottex per il tavolo, è stato fornito un solo telo doccia a testa per quattro giorni un solo tappetino bagno : contattato Nicolas non ha fornito risposta. Eccessiva la richiesta per quanto offerto. Non lo consiglio

Great location and sweet apartment beds very comfy lovely living area up one flight of stairs close to everything kitchen workable but could do with a few more microwavable dishes There is only a combination microwave which is excellent and gas hotplate but no saucepans so if you are serious cook makes it hard work cooked xmas lunch for 6 which wasn't easy but did manage 4 of us stayed for a week Niceties such as coffee and sufficient toilet rolls were very scant particularly as we were staying a week so consider kitchen very basic but overall we had a lovely stay

Nous sommes satisfaits de notre séjour dans le triangle Rolland à Bordeaux. Cela est très bien situé en centre ville. Nous avons pu parcourir ainsi la ville à pied. Très belle ville : la belle endormie s'est réveillée !

Bel appartement spacieux et très bien placé. Peu bruyant malgré la présence direct d une rue et d un théâtre sous les fenêtres. Cependant la salle de bain est vraiment vieillissante et devrait etre rénovée ( joints noirs et manquants, meuble abimé, etc etc.)
