Accessible by wooden stairs, you will find 4 beautiful bedrooms:
- Room 2 : double bed, coffee tables, storage space
- Room 3 : two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed, coffee tables, storage space
- Room 4 : two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, coffee tables, storage space
- Room 5 : two single beds that can be combined into a double bed, coffee tables, storage space
- Bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sinks, storage space
Outside :
- Enclosed south-facing garden of about 200 m².
- Beautiful terrace of approximately 24 m² exposed south, arranged with a table, chairs, a barbecue. Ideal for your aperitifs and meals after a beautiful day of discoveries!
- Two private parking spaces outside. A public parking lot is located at 20 m from the house
- The garage allows to store bicycles or to park a small car

- You will be in a residential area between St Lunaire and Dinard, only 500 m from the beach, between the Fosse aux Vaults beach and the Fourberie beach, and 2 km from all shops.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, in addition (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). For stays of more than 15 nights, renewal of linen is mandatory.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use. For stays of more than 15 days, a compulsory cleaning will be done every two weeks: 130 € / service.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the teams of Book&Pay (advertisement and reservation management service) and Beau Temps Belle Mer (concierge service in charge of your reception).
