No pets. No parties. 1 car parking in garage. 2 car parking in front of garage. Lost FOB (pool and gym) is $50 charge. Check-in 4:00 pm, Check-out 11:00 am. Keyless codes for gate and entry into property. Please let us know if you'll be arriving late (we'll have a light and AC on for you). If there's anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, just let us know! P.S. This is a full-service property -- no need to pull the sheets, throw wash in, or wash dishes etc. We take care of it and it's our pleasure to do so.
