Everything was perfect for my husband, my daughter and I for the weekend. The room was a nice size and had a refrigerator and microwave which was great and the location was perfect. Tons of places to eat and shop only a couple of blocks away. The pool was also great ! Not too far from the airport, not too far from Port of Miami. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view of the water from the balcony was incredible. The studio is very spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. We did not have any issues checking in or communicating with the host. The host checked in multiple times to ensure our stay was going well. Highly recommend this place!

The place was perfect for us. The view from the deck was gorgeous….where you can see the lights from the city and also the view of the water. The quaint town is right there so you can walk to everything. The studio had everything you needed and done with style.

Communication was great even before I booked I had a few questions. They were quick to respond and out of the 7 properties they were the only ones to respond. The property was immaculate; I am a clean freak and I was overly comfortable. The room is beautiful, and the location could not be better. I usually Turo a car when I travel; I walked everywhere, the night life is very cool, and the variety of restaurants within blocks is almost overwhelming. Next time I am back, I know where I will be staying.

Very nice hosts and great location. The building is older but they do a nice job cleaning it. The walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbors having relations, loud music etc. which made the trip a less enjoyable and awkward since I was staying with my parents. The hosts were nice and responsive, however, so I’d still say it’s worth booking if you’re looking for an affordable getaway.

I'm a native of Miami and moved away about 20 years ago. Whenever I visit this magical city, Coconut Grove is my go to location. It's a great central location with access to the beaches, downtown and the suburbs. I've seen the changes in Coconut Grove but it's still a very hip location with many great restaurants and shops. I particularly love this hotel that's very clean, quiet and very comfortable. I was surprised that it also had a really nice balcony overlooking the the Bay with the sailboats rocking at their docks. The kitchen area was very well designed and included everything we needed to cook and eat right there. Take it from a native - this is the best place to stay while visiting Miami.

Just stayed here last week, and it was better than I could’ve imagined. The property is beautiful and has nice views, good amenities (rooftop pool, gym, etc.), and surrounded by restaurants right in the cute Coconut Grove area. It was not far from the water and other areas we wanted to explore. Check in process was easy, and they have a front desk if you needed anything. Hosts were gracious and very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!!

We enjoyed our stay. we know the area already and knew the location would be perfect. The management team was polite and proficient. One small criticism would be that the floors need a good cleaning, and the tub surface needs to be resurfaced or simply place a rubber mat so you won't slip. Otherwise it was great

This VRBO had everything we needed- pool, deck from our room, comfortable beds and enough amenities for our stay and the location was right in coconut grove within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, movie theater, grocery store etc. i wish the room had a real Keurig machine but otherwise no other suggestions!

Stayed four days with friends. Nice area and lots of great little shops and restaurants. Property was well kept and everything interesting was in n walking distance. Area was about 30 minutes from south beach but my group didn’t even venture bthere are the area was more the adequate. Sundays they hold a nice little market across the street. Very nice …

The unit is a part of the Arya Hotel, pictures and description were accurate and the unit was very pretty! The location is fantastic, walk outside to an abundance of great little restaurants and cafés, take a run along the water on the pathway, lounge by the pool in the afternoon. We needed a place to stay while moving my daughter into U Miami and this was perfect. Thank you!
