We had an amazing time at the Modern Beach home. Our family was a large group; 9 adults and 2 little ones ages 9months and 3yrs old and the home fit us all perfectly. It’s a gorgeous home. Prior to arriving Tammy and I discussed the best arrangements for my son, daughter-in-law and 2 children and spent the following days getting it setup. Tammy and her husband are attentive, responsive and gracious hosts!! We all had such a fabulous time and will definitely be back again to this piece of paradise

House is beautiful. Kitchen has everything you could need. Outside grill is very clean. Pool area is nice.
We had 2 families totaling 9 people.
Had to contact Tammy within 15 minutes of arrival because my daughter dropped her phone down the tiniest of gaps between elevator and elevator shaft. Tammy had her husband stop by and retrieve phone within maybe 30 minutes (very responsive).
Outside of that, vacation was a success.
We would recommend and rebook without hesitation.

Our second year at this lovely home for our family with grandma and grandpa, four grandchildren and two daughters and sons-in-law. A perfect size for our family and we love the privacy of the lower level for the grandparents. The house is very well appointed and immaculate. Beach access is a real plus as are the chairs, wagons, and beach toys available at the house for the beach and the pool. Pool heater worked well in a colder than average week. Frog hopper and siesta key trolley work very well for a trip to the village. Owner is always responsive.

We’ve been coming to SK for several years and so far this is the best place we’ve rented. First off the location couldn’t have been better. 5 minute straight walk to the quiet part of the beach. The house was beautiful and immaculate. It was so well appointed … I was prepared but wouldn’t have had to bring much of what I did. They provided a high chair and pack n play which was great. Also it had every beach and pool toy you will need. And the 5th bedroom mini apartment was perfect for our newlywed son and his wife… to get a break from the noisy neices and nephews. Would highly recommend this place!

This was a great house and great spot in Siesta Key. We were very close to the Trolly stop so east to get to town. The house was clean and beautiful. We had enough beach chairs and umbrellas for our group. If we return, we will look to rent this spot again.

Family of (9) stayed here for a whole week. Never once felt small to us. They layout leaves every room with privacy. Great communication with anything we needed. They toke time in the design of the house all the way to the details of parking. Family oriented to the max. Overall great stay and will be sure to recommend and be back.

This property has everything you need for a great week at the beach. The house is spacious, the kitchen is huge, right across the street from the beach and your own pool. Tammy has EVERYTHING and more for the beach...we only had to take our goggles. The kitchen is stocked with just about every appliance...a coffee pot, keurig, vitamix, toaster... and everything you need to cook. She even had some spices and oils, salt & pepper. We travel a lot and I don't know if we have ever stayed in a rental property that came with so many of the little touches that Tammy has at her property. We had 10 people...6 adults and 4 kids and we all fit more than comfortably. I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at this property for a girls trip and it could not have been better! The house was impeccably cleaned, had all the comforts of home that you’d want, nicely decorated and having the pool was a huge bonus. The location and access to a private part of the beach was great, for a short walk you get beautiful white sand and warm water but with much less people than Siesta Key beach. Tammy was the perfect host, super responsive and obviously takes great care of the property. 10/10 will definitely be coming back to this spot!!

Everything went smoothly. No issues. Really enjoyed how large the property was. Very easy walk to the beach. Tammy went above and beyond to help me out. Thought I lost my wedding rings on the morning of checkout. She was in constant communication. Very kind and caring!! All good found the rings when I got home. Would love to go back!!

We had a great stay at this property in Siesta Key, the rental had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the beach was just a short walk across the street. The host was very responsive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Downtown Siesta key is just a short drive away, and there are trolleys, frog hoppers, and golf cart drivers to get you there. The only thing we didn’t realize going in, was that 3 of the rooms upstairs have their own on suite bathrooms, but the 4th bedroom has a half bath down the hall. There is a fifth bedroom with an on suite bathroom, but it’s on the ground floor (main living area and 4 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor)…the ground floor room leads out to the pool, so it did serve us well by providing a close bathroom and kitchenette. Overall great rental!

Hosted out of town family at a beach house across from the Gulf. It was a perfect getaway for everyone. The house was perfect and wonderfully appointed with littie extras that mean a lot. Everything was first rate and a cut above most rentals. It makes a difference. Will rent again for next year

We really appreciated the wagon, beach chairs and towels as we love this beach and it's just a short walk across the street to the beach! We would highly recommend this property!!

Very well kept with many amenities and the beach chairs and toys available were great. Good access to the beach. Only downside was the 5th bedroom was on the 1st floor and all others on the 3rd floor.

We and plenty of room in the house for all 9 of us. . The house is beautiful, up to date , top of the line appliances and very clean. The pool was great to have, we used it daily. We loved the outdoor living space as well ;the deck was huge, a great place to lounge and play games. The host was great; She responded immediately whenever I needed anything.
The beach is a short 5 min walk. The house is equipped with everything you would need for the beach including a wagon, tent , beach towels and chairs. The beach is absolutely beautiful with white sand that is cool on your feet and crystal clear water. It is a private area of the beach which was fantastic bc it was never crowded.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. It is absolutely a luxury condo. It had every amenity we wanted or needed and plenty of space for two families. It was centrally located and a very short walk to a beautiful less busy beach. The only downside was that the dryer did not work properly and we had service people in and out for the first part of the week. After that, we had no functional dryer for the remainder of the week. Other that that one aspect, we were very happy with our stay.
