South of 30A and mere steps from Rosemary’s famous beach, guests will relish the lush landscaping, a balcony with Gulf views, luxe furnishings, and being steps from neighborhood pools, dining, and shopping.
A primary bedroom, bunk room, and guest bedroom on the first floor enjoy quick access to a lush outdoor courtyard with a fire-pit, propane grill, and the peaceful sounds of a fountain. The primary bedroom has a king bed, makeup vanity, and a private bathroom with glistening green glass tiles, large soaking tub with jets, and a glass-enclosed shower with double shower heads. A guest bedroom has a romantic 4-poster king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. Younger guests will enjoy the bunk rooms queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Dramatic exposed ceiling beams on the second floor pull the eye up to the beautiful arched ceilings. An open kitchen, dining, and living space enjoy lots of natural light and open to a balcony with views of Rosemary Beach. A sofa and comfy armchairs surround a dramatic fireplace in a living area dotted with seashells and coastal accents. Premium appliances, marble countertops, and a center island that seats 4 complete a beautiful chef’s kitchen. A dining table seats 8. Tucked behind the kitchen is a guest bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A smaller den gives guests a private area to relax on a wrap-around sofa, play games, or enjoy a movie.
The separate Carriage House is an adorable mini version of Memories on Water. Guests will love the lush landscaping at the entrance, the dramatic exposed ceiling beams in the living area, and the tasteful interior coastal accents. Guests have everything they need in the full kitchen and will enjoy welcoming the day from a private balcony. A guest bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
