Welcome to your Home Away From Home in Paradise. Heated pool in lush tropical private backyard, modern and spacious interior - what more could you ask for? This 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home provides a large living area and amazing outdoor space to enjoy paradise in the best way possible. Centrally located in the Fort Lauderdale area, you are walking distance to some restaurants, and just minutes away from Lauderdale by the Sea, the beach, downtown, Las Olas Blvd, Water taxi, and more!

As you arrive at the property, you will enter the front courtyard through a gate and you are greeted by the lush, tropical landscape and a trickling fountain. The entire property is fenced, which will give you a great sense of privacy, security, and serenity.

As you enter through the front door, you step into the large main living area of the house which features a huge sectional couch and two swivel chairs facing the large flat-screen TV. It is a impressive size room and is a great place where everyone can be together. This area also features a great view and access out to the backyard and pool area.

Off of the main living area, you will find a beautiful, modern kitchen fully equipped for all of your cooking and dining needs. The kitchen features a large peninsula with plenty of barstools, a walk-in pantry, and a large dining room table. Directly off of the kitchen, there is access to a seating area under a pergola, a great place for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The 5 Adirondack chairs surround a propane fire pit which makes a great place to gather for chilly Florida evenings.

This home features a split bedroom plan with the two bedrooms on one side of the house and the other two on the other end, giving a great deal of privacy and space to a large group. The bedrooms are as follows:

Master Bedroom. The master bedroom is located in the back of the house in a very generous sized room. The master features a king size bed, a little sitting area, a small desk and fantastic on-suite master bath. This room also has a large flat-screen TV and it also has access and a great view out to the pool.

There are 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the master bedroom. Each of these bedrooms feature a queen size bed. One of these bedrooms is located on the backside of the house and has access to the backyard and pool area through French doors. This room also has a flat-screen TV and a desk area. The other bedroom is located on the front side of the house and features a queen size bed. These two bedrooms have a hall full bath to share between the two.

The 4th bedroom features a bunkbed with one full size bed and one twin size bed. This bedroom is located closer to the master bedroom.

After your tour of the gorgeous interior, you will be welcomed into paradise when you step into the backyard. Six chaise lounges surround the beautiful pool with two fountains shooting water into the pool for a nice relaxing sound. There is also a "in-pool" sitting area attached to the pool for ultimate relaxation! The space is completed by an outdoor dining table and a seating area underneath the overhang of the roof. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after your dip in the pool or trip to the beach!

We had a great time at the home. The description of the house was exactly what we saw when we got there. The provisions were very well organized and had everything that we needed. We had really good communication with the property manager. She responded quickly and even gave us recommendations for places to go. There were a couple of issues with the pool that we could not get resolved, but it didn't keep us from enjoying it. The teens loved it. We will definitely stay here again, if our travels take us to Fort Lauderdale.

This place was everything they said it would be. The house looks exactly like the photos, but once you arrive it’s even better. We had a wonderful time here, and yes I will be returning.

This property had plenty of room for our family. My husband and I as well as 3 young adults (17,19, and 21) all enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is large and has plenty of room. The living room had plenty of seating for all of us to watch the NCAA tournament. The pool is spectacular. Plenty of lounge chairs for the entire family. Plenty of seating in the shade as well as umbrellas near the lounge chairs. The hot tub was a hit with the kids especially for night time soaks. The landscaping in the backyard provides tons of privacy. It seems like you are in your own oasis. Would definitely book again!

I usually don’t leave reviews but felt that this stay deserved a review. Stayed here over Christmas vacation with my family. The house is just as the picture clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The host was very responsive to all needs while there. Close to all amenities and not far from the beach. It was a great vacation and would definitely book this house again

My family and I wanted to spend the holidays in the sunshine this year, so we rented this place. Now, while I'll say our overall visit was enjoyed, there were definitely some things I'd wished I'd known about prior to renting the house, especially due to cost. 1) The property management will not reschedule ANY regular cleaning appts. that they have on this house regardless of whether you have rented it or not. One afternoon, mid pool party with the entire family at 2PM, we were thrown out of the pool because it needed cleaned, with no warning they were coming and told that we then couldn't swim for 2 hours afterwards, which was upsetting considering the PM called me just to reinforce "you need to get out of the pool NOW". This happened several times with other vendors, who would then proceed to stare at my family through the windows that have no blinds or drapes to close. This was a problem for me and the other female residents on the trip since locking the front gate is prohibited. This could have been easily avoided by just rescheduling the services, but they refused & were then rude when I was upset by this. 2) the bedspread in the children's room had blood stains (we have pictures) on it and the master bedroom sheets had white stains (also have pics) on them, so that was off putting as well. 3) This is not small children friendly due to pocket doors you can't lock and there being 7 separate sets of french doors to keep locked at all times. Otherwise though, it was nice.

Great big house , well located. Around 5 min from beach by car. Safe neighborhood .Pool area is amazing. The house is well divided also. We were 2 families with 2 young children each. Each family had is own complete bathroom and at the opposite of each other. The only 4 star rating would be with the AC as it was not strong enough to lower the temperature bellow 75.

This house provided a great setup for our family with young kids. They loved the hot tub and pool, exploring the fully gated gardens, fountains, etc. and we were close for our daily trips to the beach/ice cream. Would definitely stay there again!
