This newly updated home with a private outdoor oasis can accommodate large groups and is two blocks to the beach, close to shopping, parks and splash pads, breweries, a fishing pier, and fantastic dining. Ocean Breeze Villa is an updated modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that is just two blocks from the beach. The stunning, newly built pool and patio are the perfect little Oasis if you don't feel like walking over to the beach or prefer the privacy. The home is tailored to offer large groups plenty of space and access to all the activities and amenities necessary to accommodate everyone in your group. Located at the neighborhood south of where Atlantic Boulevard and A1A meet this spacious home has a beautiful heated salt water pool and jacuzzi.
IMPORTANT: Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and meant to be enjoyed by guests looking to rest, relax, and soak up the sun. Please note that as with all residential properties in Broward County, there is a noise ordinance in effect all hours of the day with strict quiet hours begin at 10pm.

I have rented vacation homes at least twice a year for the past 15 years & have never left a negative review. We were excited to stay here as the pictures were beautiful, the location was right and the communication with Mr Walker leading up to our visit was outstanding. I wrote a very inclusive review but got cut short before I could finish so I'll make it short. If your family is even an inch over 6' tall, watch your head and step. There are random steps up and down everywhere. If you have balance issues, this is not the place for you. The whole house leans so far toward the back that my mother lost her balance several times. The backyard is a wreck. The pool is nice but don't expect it to look like the pictures taken on a wide angle lens they posted. Yes they are clear about noise but my family is not loud. It would have been nice to enjoy the patio in the evening. Jeff insisted the lights were on a timer but they never did come on. Once it was dark, it was pitch black and we couldn't go outside. He said there was a switch in the house but that wasn't working either. He said they'd look into it and that never happened. The front porch light was also out and that never got fixed either. Nevermind that the bed in the master felt like it had rocks under it. I hate leaving ugly reviews but it's warranted here. I wonder if the owner has every stayed in their house or if it meets their expectations for their vacation. I guess you get what you pay for.

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The beach, restaurants, and stores were very close. The scenery was beautiful. In addition, we were about an hour and a half close to the Alligator Farm and the famous Key West. We were able to visit both. Very comfortable location. This was one of our best vacation houses!

We stayed at the house with our adult children. The house is very nice, clean, and up-to-date. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood, so good for relaxing. The house is an easy 5 minute walk from the beach, though, and 10-15 minute walk from a wide variety of restaurants. Grocery store and drug store also nearby so it is very convenient to all sorts of amenities. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the back yard.

We flew in from Texas for the joining of 2 large Italian families. The group staying at the house was Grand Mother, Daughter, Grand Daughter, 2 Cousins and Me (Husband, Son-in-law, father and Cousins. The house was everything we needed; Central Kitchen (Italian food thing) bedrooms and most important Bathrooms for wedding event prep. Pool and hot tub beautiful and a place of relaxation and evening close out.

The house is very well located. Everything you need is within walking distance : beach, restaurant, grocery store, drugstore, pier.
We were a group of 8, and it was a little short on the patio drinkware and plates. It would be great to add more.
Apart from that, the kitchen and the house in general is very well-equipped.
The backyard is amazing. Beautiful setup. There are plenty of beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys.
All in all, a perfect stay.

Between the high gloss floor tiles, tier level floor (step ups) and pool/spa wet feet, one had to be extremely cautious of every step. Showers and tubs were also very slippery. Broken glass was found throughout the week on the patio and in spa/pool. The dishwasher didn’t work properly as a piece kept coming off during use. Kitchen sink was clogged upon arrival. The filter in the refrigerator was leaking. On further inspection there was a crack found in the filter hence we removed the filter and had no ice for the week. Primary bath shower had very slow drainage. Two of the shower drain covers were dislodged.
Back yard was a vacation oasis and location was excellent.

Spacious, clean, fairly modern house in a great location. Few things need to be addressed such as hot water in one of the showers. Jacuzzi not working. Lack of Supplies such as garbage bags and toilet paper, paper towels and dishwasher pods. Nobody wants to have to run out to the store as soon as You get there for things that should be available.

Great location, easy walk to the beach (even with 2 young children). The pool and outside area is amazing. We spent afternoons and evenings swimming and using the hot tub. Pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys were available for use as well. The house was furnished with everything we needed and having 3 full baths was nice. The house has settled (uneven floors and door frames are tweaked) and there are some small home improvements that could be done. House was clean and overall a good rental.

Over the many years of annual family vacations, the rating of this house was fair. great location to beach and shopping. House was clean but needs many small maintenance issues corrected. Many of the pvers around poll are uneven which cn cause tripping, the back door brely latches locked, many outlets sticking out of wall which not good for kids. The master bedroom was always hot evn when thermostat turned own. The doors slam open which means house has shifted or is singing, floors are uneven. Check in/out process was very easy. f all that was fixed, it woul b a "10"!

We had a wonderful spring break in Pompano Beach. We thought the beach would be the highlight, but our group of 5 adults and 3 kids (9,6,2) absolutely loved the backyard. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect and we often said how if we were able to build a backyard pool, this is exactly what we'd do. We ate every dinner outside, which was so lovely coming from frozen Chicago. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, even with things like cooking spray. There are wide step downs from the kitchen to family room, which was fine for us but could be hard for a young toddler or elderly person. The tile throughout the main floor and bathrooms as well as showers is super slippery, so consider shower shoes. The pool/beach towels, beach chairs were high quality, which was refreshing for an AirBnB. They have lots of kids stuff on hand, which would have been great to know so we didn't lug it on the plane with us! PackNPlay, potty chair, stroller, books and a couple of toys. Being able to text with the property management company was amazing. They were very responsive when we needed something! The location couldn't be beat. A five minute walk, or less, to the beach and a walking distance to Lucky Fish tiki bar and the Pompano Beach pier/playground. Everyone ages 70 to 2 had a wonderful vacation.
