About this apartment rental
Play At Jay! Enjoy a fun getaway at this clean and spacious 3-bedroom condo located at the base of Grammy Jay Trail. This slopeside location makes it easy to step right out the door and ski or ride right onto the trail. Jay Peak is a year round resort with many amenities to enjoy no matter what season you visit. The resort has a huge on-resort indoor water park, an ice skating rink, an indoor climbing gym, a championship golf course, movie theater, multiple restaurants, and other seasonal amenities for all ages. (Admission and usage of the above Jay Peak activities have an additional cost, not included in the Unit's rental.)
This Village Condo features a well equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. The dining room has a large table to seat 8 people and breakfast bar that seats four. In the adjacent living room you can cozy up to a gas fireplace and relax after a day on the slopes or links. The living room is equipped with a 43" Wifi connected flatscreen HDTV with Airplay. There is an additional living room in the lower level equipped with a 43" HDTV. There are sliding doors in both the main and lower levels with access to the outside deck on the main floor.
This condo sleeps 8 people comfortably. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed, a private bathroom with a large jetted spa shower, and a 43" HDTV. The second bedroom has two twin beds on the main floor. There is a third bedroom downstairs with a queen sized bed and private full bathroom. Additionally, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs living area. All linens are supplied.
There is a private outdoor locker to store your ski or golf gear during your stay. This condo has a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. Parking is available in front of the unit along with access to the resort's shuttle bus which makes it even easier to navigate around the resort.

Loved the condo! Everything was clean and new. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spotlessly clean. Wonderful place!

Condo is lovely, large and comfy. It looked freshly appointed and updated, so clean.
We were just up to catch up with old Friends and witness the total solar eclipse. This condo was perfect for that. We made some of our own meals and relaxed and walked around the resort. We witnessed the eclipse and took a tram ride to the top of the mt the next day. Resort has plenty of bars/eateries to hang out and lots of activities and sports. Would book this condo again for sure. Host was very thorough in instructions and made herself available by phone, though we did not need to contact her.

This property was exactly as pictured and the host was excellent. Our family had an amazing weekend stay and happened to be booked for an epic snowstorm that made skiing perfect. This was a great location on the Grammy Jay trail and gave us excellent access to the mountain.

This property was immaculate, spacious and everything was in pristine condition. The bedding was extremely comfortable, the master bedroom jetted spa was a welcome addition at the end of a ski day, and the kitchen was well-stocked with anything one may need. Also, having a private ski locker for boots and skis was the ultimate in convenience. Most impressive though was the communication from the owners who responded to any questions we had immediately. Would have given this rental 10 stars!

This property was amazing. Fully stocked and recently renovated. Clean, comfortable, plush towels, comfy beds. Host was super helpful and instructions were informative. Our family was so spoiled and blessed to stay here! Hoping to book again next year!

The property is immaculate and comes fully equipped with a stocked kitchen , all high end modern appliances and beds/linens. The location was less than 30 yards from the trail and less than a 5 min drive to the base lodge / restaurants . Heather was a incredibly responsive to my emails and questions about the property. This is the place to stay while visiting Jay Peak

The property was exactly as described and very clean. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It is a short drive (less than 5 minutes) to either base lodge and located right on the trail. The property manager responded to my email very quickly when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

This warm and welcoming condo was the stage for a lovely vacation for our family. There was ample living space. Accomodations were cozy and many thoughtful measures were taken to ensure a restful and relaxing stay. All the beds were super cozy. A floor fan for some of the rooms would be a welcome addition to keep the air circulation going. Tha ks to a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay. Communication and instructions from the property manager were complete and timely. We had a special request for which they were able to accommodate and they were quick to respond. Jay has some great ski terrain and the ski-on / ski-off location made access a breeze. I also appreciated the downstairs mudroom where you can easily don and doff your ski clothing and boots. When we go back to Jay (and we will), we will be staying here!

Plenty of space in this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story condo. You can spread out or be together. Kitchen was new and stocked with all utensils to cook a meal. Oddly we didn’t need to turn the heat on, it remained warm.

Heather was great. The condo was just as described. Full kitchen with lots of pots, pans, dished, bowls, glasses, etc.

We had a great time skiing and staying at Heather's place! This unit is situated right next to the Grammy Jay chair at the end of Raccoon Run. The location is perfect for families with it being so close to the green learning area. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and make food during our stay. The host was very communicative and responded right away as we were figuring out the parking pass situation. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!!

I highly recommend this property! One of the cleanest Vrbo’s I’ve stayed in…especially the kitchen and the dishes and pans. You also can’t beat the ski room for all your gear and the ability to walk out your door and be right on a green run to a chair lift! We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay again.

This is our second visit to Jay staying in the ski on/off condos. The location is great and easy to access the mountain from the unit.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo - I spent days looking at all available rentals in the area - and there are many to choose from - but this one is truly wonderful - it is better than the pictures. Here are some of the best things about this unit:
1. Fully updated - kitchen and baths have been totally updated and the master shower has four body sprays in addition to the shower head. New appliances in the kitchen and a large stainless refrigerator. The water from the fridge has a UV filtration system and not only does it provide ice - but craft large size ice balls for cocktails as well.
2. Fully Stocked - the kitchen is nicely outfitted with everything you need to cook for your family for a few days - from pots/frying pans/baking dishes/cookie sheets etc. Having all paper goods/cleaning supplies, baggies & wraps was very helpful and appreciated.
3. Nicely furnished - all furnishing is stylish and in good condition and the condo has a nice - welcoming feel - no stark nor cluttered.
4. Great bedding - crisp white duvets/blankets and sheets let you know everything is clean and freshly laundered. Cushioned mattress toppers on the beds were very comfortable. Towels are plentiful and very thick.
5. Sonos speaker a nice addition - we usually bring one - but it was nice knowing we didn’t have to and was able to listen to Christmas music during our stay.
6. Very pleasant and communicative host. Heather was very timely with responses; helpful and followed up to be sure things were as expected in the condo.
The condo layout really is quite nice for a family and the lower level tv room is very comfy and a great place for kids and adults to spread out. And having the lower level mud room and ski door to enter directly and the ski locker are all nice features.
Highly recommend this rental and should we return to Jay - we will definitely be in touch with Heather and plan a return to this condo!

We had an amazing time! It was perfect location to the waterpark and plenty of room for our big family. The fully stocked kitchen allowed me to cook dinner for us with the food that I brought. It had all the amenities and more!
