Remember that time you were looking for the perfectly stylish (and clean!) 30A beach cottage?! You know, the one that's right in the middle of all the action but yet peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee in the morning listening to the birds and the waves lap in the distance. The one that has private beach access and a gorgeous resort style pool that only a small group of other properties has access to. The one with dreamy beds, all the kitchen essentials you could dream of, bikes, golf cart and a screened porch with a bed swing perfect for mid-afternoon naps. Yeah, you just found it!
Zee by the Sea is located in the heart of 30A in Phase 2 of the quaint neighborhood of Magnolia Cottages by the Sea. Just a short bike ride from Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, The Big Chill (formerly The Hub), WaterSound and three (3) beautiful state parks.
Built in 2019, this cottage has been thoughtfully decorated with high end finishes, custom furniture, beautiful custom artwork and designer touches. Lovingly cared for and passionately focused on details, this 4 bed / 4.5 bath cottage perfect for families. Each generously sized bedroom contains its own private full bathroom. Luxury interior and exterior features include wood and tile floors throughout, quartz countertops in the kitchen and all bathrooms, marble showers, tankless water heater, Kitchen-Aid appliances, additional ice maker to fill your coolers, barn doors, shiplap, wainscoting, designer light fixtures, 680 thread cotton pima sheets, luxury white cotton towels and a gas grill.
Take the 6-seater electric golf cart or one of the 5 bikes (5 adult bikes and 1 adult trike) to the beach, just mins away (1/2 mile) and accessible by private deeded access. Zee by the Sea provides beach towels, chairs, and two (2) soft-sided coolers, making packing to come visit our little slice of paradise a breeze.
For low key days, visit the private resort style community (heated) pool just a few steps away and shared by only the homes in Phase 2 or enjoy some serenity on the private screened porch outfitted with comfortable furniture, a twin size bed swing, double ceiling fans and string lights to set the mood. A new grill (purchased in August 2022) is ready for awesome evening meals right outside the front door.
Two outdoor showers, a fully stocked kitchen, smart TVs in each bedroom and family room and an onsite washer and dryer (new in September 2022) make this the perfect cottage for making memories!
Not your typical vacation rental. Our cottage is extremely clean and well maintained. A place for our own family and friends, we are active hosts with very high standards. No detail has been forgotten! New furniture throughout!

*Three (3) car maximum. We do not have any additional parking available.
*Guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement with the owners and provide a copy of their drivers license.
*Golf cart is a Florida licensed vehicle and may only be driven by a licensed driver on roads with a speed limit of 35mph or less. There is golf cart parking for the beach access at the front of the neighborhood.
*The closest beach access requires guests to be able to climb multiple flights of stairs. There is a public access with a ramp approximately 2-3 miles in both directions.
*Renter must be 25 years or older.
*No parties or events.
*No smoking. No pets.

This cottage is absolute perfection. Pictures are awesome but still don't do justice to this property. The layout is perfect with an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. We were not left to want for anything!
Location is perfect for the beach and the golf cart makes everything so easy. If your unable to rent beach chairs Lisa has chairs and an umbrella so it's no big deal. Lots of great shops and restaurants around.
Lisa is the best hostess and is so detail oriented she has everything lined out for your stay. I would love to come back to this cottage again for a perfect vacation!

Tastefully decorated, supplied with Tommy Bahama beach gear, super clean, and well maintained.
I appreciate the little things like labeled light switches, a well-stocked kitchen, and an outdoor grill with cleaning brushes.
The feature we enjoyed the most during our stay was the screened back porch furnished with extra comfy furniture. The porch faces an undeveloped wetland area with many birds and squirrels to admire in the quiet AM and cool evenings.

This is a fantastic property that exceeded expectations. The communication on the front end was great. We had no issues when we got to the property, but I’m sure if we did they would have been dealt with promptly. The house was well stocked with everything you can think of and seemed even nicer when in person (which is saying a lot because the pictures were great).

The kitchen was the most well stocked with quality items of any rental we have stayed at. The appliances were top of the line! The owners thought of everything, and we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! We’ve been coming down to 30A for over 10 years and this place was by far our favorite! A perfect location, a quaint neighborhood, and the most stunning, beautifully decorated home. Truly felt like a “home away from home” 🖤 The home was fully stocked with more than enough amenities, a short walk around from the pool, the coziest back porch, and the most comfortable furniture and beds. The owner was so kind and checked on things numerous times during our stay. We couldn’t have had a more seamless or pleasant vacation! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!

This unit had EVERYTHING we needed for beach and pool. The kitchen was so AMAZING I HAD to cook!! There is even a stand alone KitchenAid ice maker that can fill the medium sized cooler provided (plus) and be replenished by the time you get back from the beach. I’ve never seen a unit so well supplied with the best cooking tools and dishes. This home away is supplied with throws, linens and the thickest nice smelling bath and beach towels I’ve ever come across with rentals. The home is exquisite, and you will definitely enjoy!!! Everything pictured is all that and the atmosphere is even better. We will come back!

Convenient and pleasant get away
The property was beautiful, convenient to the beach using the golf cart or bicycles or even a very pleasant walk if you do not have much to carry. The home is very nicely decorated and well equipped with most anything you would need for your stay- beach towels , a small cooler and beach bags are a nice plus for us since we were traveling from farther away . The owner was very responsive to any questions we had - I highly recommend this home. Thank you for sharing it with us,

This beach house was amazing! The pictures are exactly what you get! It was clean which is a huge plus, the silverware and pots were clean and able to use, instead of having to purchase our own!!! The back porch was an amazing little area to relax!!! Lisa answered when we had trouble getting I upon arrival! If you looking to get your moneys worth, this is a place you won’t be disappointed!

We had the absolute best time at Zee by the Sea. The house is gorgeous, comfortable, and is exactly as pictured. It is perfect for multiple families. Living and dining area is a great set up for groups. We loved the cozy screened porch during a rainy day and had an awesome time at the kid friendly pool. The golf cart is a HUGE plus and allowed us a such easy access to the beach.
Hostess is incredibly informative and responds very quickly. She went far above and beyond in every way.
The beach was beautiful, the neighborhood is quaint, and the people are kind.
We would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay!
Awesome house for a family vacation. Everything was new, very clean and comfortable. The golf cart made it SUPER easy getting to the beach and back. The house was right next to the pool which was great for the kids. Check-in was so efficient and the hosts were so helpful. Would highly recommend and definitely return!

Great house!
The house is great! It's very nicely decorated with nice closet space and separate bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. There's no pantry so we just made room in the cabinets or on the shelves. We appreciated having a gas grill outside, 6 bikes and the golf cart and a shed full of chairs and floats. FYI - the lights don't work on the golf cart so we careful in the evening. The beach is just a quick golf cart or bike ride away and the pool was just a few steps away. It was a fun week!
