This luxurious true ski-in/ski-out slope side residence is centrally located in the heart of Purgatory Resort. The location is ideal for the year-round enjoyment of what Durango, Purgatory Resort, and the Four Corners region have to offer. In addition, Purgatory Lodge 205 is THE ONLY ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) unit in the building thus allowing easier access for your loved ones who may need more room to get around. (Please note : NO Wheelchair Accessible Shower.) Heated, Indoor and assigned parking is available on the ground level of this building for 1 vehicle. (50% More space for Wheelchair access) Being a true ski-in/ski-out location, just walk out the door of this building to the ski lifts and the village. The condo is two flight up from the check-in office and easily accessible via stairs or elevator. Just steps away are the Purgatory shops with ski/snowboard rentals, mountain bike rentals, lessons, restaurants, souvenir/apparel shops, an activity center for planning winter and summer excursions, and much more. Guests staying at Purgatory Lodge 205 have full access to the DMC (Durango Mountain Club). Which offers a heated pool with slide (Private access to the Bear Bar), hot tub, gym, private lounge with game room and the Club restaurant/ Bar with magnificent views of the Needles Mountain one side and the slopes on the other! Also, Purgy's Pub and Restaurant is located in this building. This south facing unit provides natural light all day and a private deck with great views of the slopes and main lift. The deck has patio table with 4 chairs. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the living room. This condo offers 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 2 full baths, and living room pull out sofa-bed can accommodate 6. Also, this unit has an in suite full size private washer/dryer and a private ski locker located right outside of the building by the pool. Our group did the Durango to Moab Hut to Hut bike ride. This location was perfect as the resort is right at the start of the route. The accommodations were perfect. The only complaint was the sofa sleeper was not comfortable and we had to get a blanket from the front desk for the sofa bed. We loved the kitchen. Thank you.

We stayed here for a weekend to attend a wedding at Dantes. This rental is big for a two bedroom. Both bedrooms are very spacious and the bathrooms have lots of room. We cooked several meals in the more than adequate kitchen and ate meals at the dining table. There is a nice living area with TV and a balcony to lounge on and get some fresh air. There is some noise from what I think is the kitchen on the 1st floor, but nothing too terrible. I would recommend this rental for couples or even a small family. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The kids slept on the pullout couch and the adults slept well in the master king bedroom and the queen second bedroom.

Location of course is the best. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with cooking supplies. Beds and pillows were nice, everything worked great. It would be nice to have any kind of access to Netflix or a smart TV, or mention this in the listing. Maybe I missed where this was listed since I assumed everywhere had a smart tv these days. :) Only having cable and a DVD player was disappointing for the girls who wanted to watch movies. Access to the Club was difficult since the keys did not work, so we could not get any DVDs for the sleepover, had to get help to enter for breakfast, couldn’t enter to order lunch from the pool, etc. I know that’s not the owners fault though. We visited the front desk several times regarding this but they said there was nothing they could do except prop the club door open. We would definitely stay here again.

We came up to Purgatory to get out of the Arizona heat! The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and out was a breeze and the garage parking spot was nice to have. We will be coming back soon!

We stayed at this beautiful property during a visit to Durango during the fulfillment of our fathers final wished to ride the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay.

This was a perfect stay for a quick mountain weekend on the slopes! It was us and another couple and we loved each having our own room and bathroom, plus the location right in front of the lifts was perfect, we never even needed to leave the resort. It was a great stay and would stay again. Easy check and easy parking as well

Well worth the 14hr drive from Texas!! More than convenient!! Especially with young ones. Best to pick up snacks for the kiddos and dinners to be made in the kitchen before arriving. Great amenities! Locker provided for Ski rentals! Very cozy and feels like home. More than we expected and hope to get back next year!!

We could not have had a better experience during our stay in Mimi’s beautiful condo. The space was more than enough room for our family of four and provided the perfect “base” for our adventures in Durango and Silverton. However, we equally enjoyed our time at the resort and were constantly impressed with the variety of activities. The resort staff were also a highlight. We will definitely be back!

We were so happy with the location of this condo as we were attending a wedding at Dante’s Peak. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was so nice and convenient to be able to eat in the club restaurant as well. We were very happy with these accommodations!

Very beautiful and clean!! I thought we would be able to use the mountain coaster, etc, but was not open until June 14th I think. My fault for not checking in to this further, but would have been helpful to know from listing. Other than that, it was VERY VERY NICE!! Would stay there again!
