Springs Towers has been a favorite for vacationers to the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach for years... the property is a boutique style 54 unit property on the oceanfront with 2 elevators, fitness room, sauna, indoor Jacuzzi, outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. The property has a private board walk that walks you out over the dunes and onto the beach. There are grills and picnic tables and great beach-side ambience. Unit rating Well Maintained and Comfortable.

Amenities include FREE WiFi, 2 flat screen TVS in the living room and in the master bedroom. The unit is on the 7rd floor just off center in the building.

The appeal of the unit and the property is that it is just a block south of main street. Cherry Grove, walking distance to Boulineaus (IGA), ice cream shops, pizza joints, Snooky's Oceanfront, The Shack, The Twisted Penguin, Benny Rappa "The Italian Fisherman", along with miniature golf and arcades all with in walking distance.. Just a little further up the road in the Ocean Drive Section of North Myrtle Beach (2 miles away) is the Ocean Drive Pavilion! It is on the oceanfront and family friendly..... Ocean Drive is very retro and feels like you have gone back in time to the 60's and not to forget the many Shag clubs playing 50's beach music and an ice cold beer! Main Street in OD is alive with shops for jewelry, clothing, beachwear, home décor and many other venues.

(This property does not allow boats, trailers nor motorcycles. You may ONLY have parking permits for up to 2 vehicles. Also pets are not allowed nor is the discharge of fireworks from the property, nor is the use of laser pointers.) Towing is strictly enforced on this property and they tow without notice so please make sure parking permits are displayed! If you loose one during business hours please pick up a spare at our office. After hours you must get a permit from the onsite security or maintenance people.) UNIT DOES NOT ALLOW SMOKING AND IS DESIGNATED A NON-SMOKING UNIT. This unit has a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age and the booking is to a group of individuals then all persons in a group have to be over the age of 25 years. This does not apply to mother and fathers with children albeit in those cases the parents must be over the age of 25. Rental Agreement is required!

Great view and quiet neighbors. Very comfortable and well maintained condo and building. Easy to walk to stores, restaurants, beach and pool. Beach qnd pools well maintained and aloha parasail and banana boats close too. Parking was really easy. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at spring towers it has a great location and dealing with Carolina resort to book thru was very easy and everyone I spoke to or dealt with was very nice and helpful. We definitely will be using them again and staying at spring towers again.

We re given tips & books in regards of things to do in SC. As an example, we bought 14 tickets for Opra'shows .. The Condo 704 needs to be refreshed, some sanding as well as painting wd be a big + . Rearrange the set-up too.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property listing shows a nice, large jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. Upon arrival it became apparent I wouldn’t be using this amenity. There was significant black mold in all of the tub jets and along the wall and tub seams. There was/is also black mold in the carpet that leads up the steps to the jacuzzi tub that cannot be removed and on the ceiling above the toilet (from an apparent old leak). The other hallway bathroom has a much smaller amount of mold around the bottom of the outside of the tub but nothing compared to the master bathroom. I contacted the property management company and they sent the cleaning crew to remedy this who also agreed that the mold was disgusting and the carpet in the master bathroom needed to be removed. For new visitors to this property, be aware that the parking for the property is across the 4-lane street and the loading/unloading parking zone adjacent to the building is very small. The “lobby” area where the elevators are located is also very small. I stayed during off-season when there were not a lot of visitors so I can’t imagine what chaos there is during peak-season. Also, the check-in could use some improvement as there is A LOT of reading in the packet they provide you. I am aware that staying in a vacation location during off-season comes with some risk of unavailable amenities, however, it would have been nice to know that there would be major construction to all pools and jacuzzis. I was really looking forward to using the indoor jacuzzi during my stay. The property management company did not warn me that there would be any construction and these amenities would be unavailable. Construction noise: There was significant construction noise in the unit next door. I usually don’t mind the noise but when the construction on the pool deck was added on, it became too much noise. Overall, I would not recommend this property, especially to anyone with respiratory issues, issues alone.

It was very nice having the IGA within walking distance. Was not fond of the music from Snooky's in the evening because it drowned out the sound of the ocean! Comfortable beds and amenities were great. Loved the bathroom at the pool level. Two annoying things were the master bedroom door sticking and a terrible squeak in the kitchen cupboard doors, even after I sprayed then with WD-40.

It was a great location,,,close to restaurants and grocery. Need more towels....had to wash too often and there was only one dish rag and one dish towel. Really need more to stay 5 days. Also on last day we had to leave early and they require that we have all towels washed and dishes in dish washer washed. This is hard as we live in Ohio and needed to leave very early in the morning..... But not many complaints....it was wonderful on the beach and we would love to come again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was an older one. It was very nice & clean. They had very nice dishes for us to cook with. We really appreciated that. The only thing was the parking. We had to park across the road. One of us has a hard time walking so that was a bummer for her.

Enjoyed our time at this property. It was as described and the location was easy for everyone in our group. We were within walking distance to many restaurant choices and even the grocery store. Will definitely return! The rental company was easy to work with and checkin was a breeze at their office on Main street.
