Nestled on the edge of Hot Springs just minutes from downtown, Oaklawn, and the Gulpha Gorge our Natural State Cabins were designed with you in mind. The Bear Cabin is one of four unique cabins which offers three bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a quaint trail for the kids and a shared game area and fire pit. We took a quick getaway with the grandkids! The bear cabin was wonderful and quoting one of the little ones as he was getting ready for bed in the bunk room “I wish I could live here”. We enjoyed the front porch rocking chairs, swing and in the evening walking down to the outdoor game, sitting area. The kids liked seeing the firefly’s up close in the landscaping. We would definitely stay here again.

This cabin was a wonderful place to retreat to after a hard day on the trails at Hot Springs OHV in our Jeeps. It was VERY clean and more than enough creature comforts you find at home. We loved our time in the cabin and will be sure to stay here (or any of the adjacent cabins which also look awesome) every time we come back to Hot Springs! Book in confidence!

We loved our stay at Bear Cabin. It was so clean, decorated perfect AND had Coffee!! Such a great thing to have everything you need when you’re traveling. East check in process and owners were great! We will be back to stay and check out the rest of the outdoor area! Highly recommend anytime staying here! Perfect for our family!!

Cute cabin. I wouldn’t mind if there was LESS decorations and BETTER BEDS. Paid a lot of money for some poor quality sleep. The pictures of the cabin made it look high end. They ask for you to clean up and then still charge a large cleaning fee. Messaged asking if we could get into our cabin an hour earlier. We needed to freshen up for the wedding we were driving 3.5 hours into Hot Springs for. I was told no immediately.

The cabin was so very clean!!! It was comfortable and tastefully decorated- even had Christmas decorations!! We were in Hot Springs to visit the Christmas lights so having the cabin decorated for Christmas was the icing on the cake for us. Kristi was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond when I had a question. We would rent from Kristi again with no hesitation!!

Had some issues with cleanliness but nothing that we don’t experience at home. Just frustrating we paid to go somewhere that had grapes in the couch we caught our little ones eating, Doritos on the floor, hair in the sink and the sheets smelt like dirty water. The manager offered to come clean but we had already throw those things away and unless a new water source was coming into the washer machine no solution was given there except that we could change our own sheets with the extras in the closet…that were washed in the same water! Location was great tho!

This was the perfect cabin for our 3 night stay in Hot Springs. The cabin was just as described and so very clean. It was just the right size for our group of 6. My grandsons loved the bunk room. We enjoyed the shared space and hiked the trail. The location is perfect! We would definitely stay in this cabin again or another one of the larger ones if we had a larger group.

I am a big fan of Hot Springs, this was my fourth trip back to visit. I loved the location of this cabin. It was very quick and easy to the downtown Hot Springs area and very conveniently located to head to the parks for hiking. No problems at all with the cabin. Kristi (host) gave us good tips on hiking and I appreciated the local insight. Very responsive to messages!

We very much enjoyed this comfortable and adorably decorated home away for an extended weekend to do some off roading. Plenty of space to park two trailers and three large trucks. Conveniently located. Will definitely be back.

Loved this cabin! It felt bigger than the pictures look! The host has the extras like creamer and coffee and a new sponge for the kitchen! We did a ladies retreat here and it was perfect! Can’t wait to come back!

This place was amazing!!!! When I opened the door I was surprised. From the outside It look small, but it was plenty of room for my family of 7. The house was clean, and the area was nice and quiet... I would definitely book again.

This cabin fit our needs perfect for size, location, and we had great service from the manager. This is the second year in a row we have rented one of these cabins and will probably rent one next year for our annual event at Hot Springs Offroad Park.

The property was perfect and the one issue we had she warned me about before we got there and it was fixed efficiently. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Hot Springs! Perfect location to be away from the city but close enough to not have a hassle getting to town.
