Quiet corner condo in Magnolia Place complex, with private balcony views of Myrtlewood 36 hole golf course, high ceilings, open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen and breakfast island, dining room and family room, master bedroom with king bed and private full bath, queen bed for 2nd bedroom with private access to 2nd full bath. Completely setup with beach chairs, yoga mats, plenty of books, CDs and family board games, cable/TV in each room, free Wi-Fi, plenty of upgrades and pristine condition, ready for guests looking for the perfect vacation spot!
Key fob access to outdoor pools in Magnolia Place complex, easy access to golf courses, only 1 mile drive to the beautiful beach of Atlantic Ocean, 1 mile to BROADWAY AT THE BEACH, 10 minutes drive to North Myrtle Beach, very close to multiple shopping malls, theatre, restaurants, night life and amusements for all ages!

Please note the building has no elevator, access via exterior stairs, condo is on 3rd floor.
Plenty of parking space in front of building, however RVs, golf carts and motorcycles are not allowed in complex parking areas.
No parties, no smoking, no pets allowed. There is security service patrolling 24/7 the Magnolia villas area to ensure security for owners and their guests.

We were there for a golf tournament. Location is convenient to restaurants, entertainment, civic center, & golf courses. Clean condo on end of building that overlooks golf course. We were very pleased.

We were in Myrtle Beach for our daughter’s softball tournament. We didn’t have much free time to enjoy the property (swimming pools or golf course) but the condo was everything that we needed! It was clean, centrally located and it was stocked with everything. Thank you!

My 12 yo son was playing the week at Ripken Experience. The property was about 3 miles from Ripken. My family of 4 was the correct size for this property. If we return to MB with family of 4 or 5 we will definitely look at this property again. Great experience and by the way our team, Morgantown Redbirds 12u went 9-0 at Ripken and won the Tidal Wave championship.

I just want to say we had a wonderful stay. The check in process was easy with no issues. The owners left easy contact information. Even though I didn’t have to contact them for any reason. What was heart warming was they left a welcoming gift for when we arrived. The wine was very touching. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I would rent again with no hesitation.

This was our 2nd time renting this condo and again we were very pleased. It was clean, warm and inviting. The layout is perfect for two couples. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the golf course. The location can’t be beat with so many attractions and wonderful restaurants nearby. We highly recommend and will definitely be back.

As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed. From the thank you note to the bottle of Chardonnay greeting us on the sofa table, then onto the tastefully decorated rooms. Everything you would need in a kitchen is there! The patio overlooking to golf course was very nice. We enjoyed our stay 100% and would highly recommend this property. No complaints! Virginia

We had an excellent experience at this property. It is exactly as pictured and was very clean. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of appliances. Each bathroom has a hair dryer and there are plenty of towels. There is even a hamper. Since we stayed for a month, all of these niceties helped to make it feel like home. Mariela and Joe were very responsive and easy to contact. We liked this place so much that we did not even look for someplace else to stay next year-we will be going back. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I decided on a last minute, belated anniversary get away. We looked at a number of properties at the beach but this one had great reviews and from the pictures it looked perfect for us. We were not disappointed!! The condo is an end unit on the third floor, so it is really quiet. You do have to take stairs to get to the unit but my husband and I are 70 and we did fine. The views from all the windows are very relaxing-unless you happen to catch a glimpse of a golfer missing a shot. The unit has plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The kitchen has everything you need if you are cooking or eating in. The location is central to everything. We have traveled often and stayed in lots of rentals and this unit is definitely one of the tops on our favorites list! We are looking forward to our next stay!

A beautiful condo with awesome golf course views from the master bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen!!! It was so clean and had everything we needed. Exactly what we envision for our downsized home now that we are both retired. The ONLY downside was that I overpacked (as usual) and there is no elevator. The location was perfect for our needs. The host was amazing and responsive. We were there during Tropical Storm Idalia and she reached out to us before the storm and checked on us as well to make sure we were OK.

The pictures and reviews do t do this place justice. This is our first time using VRBO and I did a lot of research before booking. This place had everything 2 adult couples needed. The Hospitality started before we arrived with detailed instructions and multiple communications. Mirela and Joe welcomed us with a card and bottle of wine which made our day. We had a little mishap with the smart lock but that was because we weren’t familiar and left the door open to enjoy the sunlight. Joe had to drive over 2 hours to let us in. Such gracious hosts. They thought of everything from soft blankets to beach stuff. We all said we would definitely stay here again and Mirela and Joe have set the bar high. Very clean and fresh along with great decor. The patio on the golf course is amazing! We sat out there every morning and night. Thank you Mirela and Joe for an amazing first VRBO experience

This condo and the property owner were very welcoming! Complimentary coffee and a bottle of wine provided by the Owner was also thoughtful. The home was well cleaned too--always extra comforting! We enjoyed spending time outside on the large balcony as well. Overall, this was perhaps the best vacation rental we've stayed in the past 4 years!
