INSIDE THE HOME

As you enter the home, you’re greeted by a bright, open plan living space with beautiful cathedral ceilings and high-quality furnishings. With a large dining area, comfortable living room, large kitchen and adjacent lounge area, the design for the main living area is elegantly executed. The main floor is completed by a shared four-piece bathroom, a double twin bedroom, bright secondary queen bedroom and a primary, king suite.

On the lower level of this home, guests will find the ultimate lounge area. With a casual living area, wet bar, full bathroom and two extra bedrooms, this is the perfect place for guests to kick back. On the lower level courtyard, guests have access to the large, private hot tub - the best way to end every day in Truckee!

Please note: this home does have a steep driveway. In the winter, snow tires and 4WD/AWD are highly recommended. If your car is not equipped with both, please be sure to have chains.

I stayed here with a group of college friends over a long weekend. We had the greatest time. The great room in the house had space for everyone to relax, play cards, hang out on the deck and cook. This was one of the cleanest VRBO houses I have ever stayed in. The hot tub was a nice luxury after a long day of mountain biking. The town of Truckee was a quick 5 min. drive away and has some great spots for dinner. I would definitely stay here again.

This is such a great house that easily absorbed 9 adults! The kitchen is HUGE, perfect for a family get together and lots of cooking. Very comfortable weekend. We are already discussing renting the house for another family weekend!

We would have appreciated disclosing the home was right off Northwoods Blvd. Otherwise we enjoyed staying at the home.

This chalet is everything we could ever want! It was clean, new appliances, a lot of space, quick drive to Palisades Tahoe and overall lovely. The only "issue" would be the very icy driveway, but you can get used to that! We would 100% stay here again when we are back in town.

6 adults and 2 kids ages 8 and 10, we had such a great time here. The cabin was cozy but still had plenty of room for everyone, and for games at the big table and meals all together. There was a record amount of snowpack this year so the hot tub did take one of our party about 90 minutes of work to clear the snow off the cover to make it usable, but it was well worth it. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back!

Could not ask for a better location and layout. Ideal house for a large family/families. Separate living areas for multiple entertainment. Wonderful large open kitchen. Bedrooms are simple but cozy with enough beds for 10 people to sleep comfortably.

The property is very well kept up!! Loved the kitchenette that was downstairs, it was perfect for the Bar set up. The large open kitchen and living space was spectacular as well!!

The home was newly remodeled and questions from property manager were answered promptly. No air conditioning but there was a large portable fan and bottom floor was very cool and comfortable. Upper floor had a ceiling fan and after it cooled down the decks were enjoyable.

Good Nicely renovated and cleaned up Garage parking Internet is stable Bad Wi-Fi is using WPA not WPA2/WPA3. Downstairs AP should probably use Ethernet backhaul and maybe not just randomly sit on the floor. Flooring is uneven in random places Main TV remote center button doesn't work, breaking pretty much everything. We just used a Chromecast anyways. Freezer door is all messed up Ice stuck at the bottom Light switches are all unmapped, presumably connected to some random outlet not associated with where the lamps actually are Beds are very soft / difficult to sleep on / are they even queens?
