This property has beyond exceeded our expectations. The attention to details and the beautiful decor is phenomenal. Super comfortable beds and bedding. We have never stayed at any other rental property like this one. Kitchen stocked with everything you might need from a huge variety of spices, high-quality cookware and appliances. Coffee, tea and even some snacks Fully stocked bathrooms with beautiful towels, and a variety of toiletries. Very dog friendly!
Very close to beautiful beaches and nice restaurants.
Will highly recommend staying at this beautiful property.

Beautiful property, very clean, convenient location to stores, beach, and ice cream shop. Loved the amenities of coffee and snacks for granddaughter. Brenda left book of information and was easy to contact. Great stay for our family and pet. We will return.

This house is conveniently located and beautifully maintained. They have thought of everything including all those little things you forget! We enjoyed relaxing on the back patio and front porch. The short drive to the beach and restaurants was a plus too. We can’t wait to go back.

We stayed with our adult children, their spouses and dog. This was the perfect home for us with separate room for each couple and two bathroom. The house was beyond our expectations. It was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed including a bonus EV charger. It is nicely decorated and updated with attention to detail. There we nice amenities for us and the dog. The host was helpful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. One of the best places we have stayed in in the area and hope to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. We loved all of the small touches like treats and supplies for dogs and extra toothbrushes in case we forgot- it had everything we needed!

Great place to stay. Close to downtown and beaches. We were happy to see the complimentary snacks and essentials. Plenty of clean towels and spotless home. Dogs felt welcome but, I could not tell that dogs stayed there before. I also noticed a Juice Box to recharge your electric vehicle, so nice to see in spite of not using it. I would stay again

Beautifully decorated and spotless! Brenda anticipated every possible need from toothbrushes to condiments to really good coffee. The beds were very comfortable and all 4 of us (74 year old ladies ) were thrilled with our stay. Two bathrooms made getting ready in the morning easy. Our only disappointment was not being able to use that wonderful firepit - we were too busy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Brenda is by far the hostess with the mostest! She has a stocked kitchen (all you need is food), comfortable beds, games for kids and adults, highchair and portable crib for the baby. This house was decorated so tastefully, and the outside patio/yard was perfect for our family, including the dog! Oh, and it was so clean! Will absolutely be staying here again next year! :)

We spent 11 days at this location. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds are decent, showers are great and we liked the fenced backyard for our French Bulldog. The neighborhood was so quiet! We would stay again!

What a great place. Not a disappointment. Total of 8 family members and there was space for all. VERY clean and all the amenities. The decor was very cute. The privacy fenced in yard patio was wonderful. Nice front porch to sit when it was raining. Had to reach out to the property manager with questions and the response was immediate. Easy walking to the Frosty Cove!

This fully stocked house was a perfect summer weekend getaway. We enjoyed the large dining room table, the updated bathrooms and the perfectly decorated bedrooms.
We were amazed how the bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with every toiletry or kitchen item one might need.
The bonfire pit and outdoor seating was a great space for our group. Thank you for a great stay!

Exceeded our expectations - loved the fact they had left some snacks,coffee,soap,shampoo,etc.
We were taking customers on Salmon charters.
Turned into a great base camp with the ability to stay together. We had a different group fishing for 3 mornings and 3 nights. Some stayed- some didn’t.
It was nice to be able to have them get settled in while I was out fishing with the other group.
Everyone liked the house - it was very clean just like I had read in another review.

This house was very spacious, clean and had a ton of amenities. The host thought of everything to make this stay special. Close to town and lake Muskegon. Excellent location for quick trips to nearby lake towns as well.

Great location and perfect house for our bowling team! Beds are a bit uncomfortable, but that's the only tiny complaint :-) We'll stay again if we bowl in Muskegon again!

The house is lovely - the decor is vintage and so perfect for the home. There is plenty of space to gather or to have time to yourself. We loved the big dining room table, the kitchen, and the bathrooms. Such attention to detail! The beds were comfy and the bedrooms were cozy. Can't say enough good things. Owner is responsive and so welcoming! We will be back

This is the 5th house we have stayed at owned by this owner. As always, the houses are very clean, up to date and fully stocked. The owner is very quick in responding to our communication. By far, this is our favorite house of there's and we will be staying there again.

Always Lincoln 2 is fantastic. Tons of space, extremely clean, and stocked with everything you could need. The labels and guidelines make the house extraordinarily easy to navigate. The location is just minutes away from multiple parks, local restruaunts and beautiful beaches. We checked out The Deck and The Station Grill (both were great) while we were there and had a lovely time. Highly recommended!

It was probably the cleanest house I have rented yet. Everything was organized and I loved how there were labels of where things were in the kitchen. So helpful! It was also nice to have a big dinner table for the whole family to sit at and the patio was a nice place to relax. Pere Marquette Park was just a few minutes drive so that was a huge perk! We would definitely want to stay here again.

Brenda’s place was a immaculate, spacious and perfect for our quick before-school-starts mini vacay. The beaches were beautiful and a 5 minute drive from the property. Our favorite restaurant was The Deck, which was very close and provided excellent food, drinks and live music while the kids danced and played in the sand. We found a hidden gem and we will definitely be back!

This house is amazing. It was so clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, the fenced in backyard with patio is very relaxing, and the location is super convenient. The attention to detail at this house is above and beyond. If you forget anything no worries this place was stocked with everything you can think of, right down to some snacks in a bowl on the kitchen counter, It really was so welcoming.

Adorable, clean, well appointed
Brenda’s place was fantastic. Great spaces inside and out for family time. Super clean and great bathrooms. Everything we needed was there and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nothing is within walking distance but it is a quick drive to the grocery store and beach. We have rented a lot of houses and this one was at the top of the list as far as being stocked and generous with supplies and amenities. I hope we can return for a longer stay!

Great Family Retreat
This house is perfect! It is so clean and beautiful, inside and out! The kitchen is not only beautiful, but has everything I needed to prepare and host the family dinner! The bathroom cupboard has every item you may have forgotten to pack! Brenda's attention to the little details to make your stay the best it can be is beyond words. The cupboard with dog supplies is such a nice detail. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, to family that lives at Balcom's Cove condo, to the ice cream place four blocks down the road, and to the Farmer's Market, shops, stores, restaurants, and the museum. The neighborhood is very pretty and I felt very safe walking our dog. There is plenty of parking. The hydrangea bushes are lovely. The front porch is perfect for relaxing and unwinding with a favorite beverage. We want to stay here again! This house made us feel "right at home".
