This is a well maintained, first floor, two bedroom, two bath ocean side view condo in a low-rise oceanfront building, with a spacious pool area and beautifully landscaped grounds. It is a half hour drive south of the Myrtle Beach Airport and south of Garden City pier. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the Atlantic and sunsets over the inlet waterway. The condo has a horizon view of the ocean, and a view of the Murrells Inlet waterway from the balcony. One of the finest restaurants on the Grand Strand, Gulfstream Cafe is within walking distance. Indigo Creek Golf Clubs and other golf courses are within 12 miles of the condo. Wild Water and Wheels Park and several Putt Putt courses are also a short drive away. Enjoy the best seafood on the strand at the many restaurants (Bovine's, Drunken Jack's) of Murrells Inlet just minutes away. Broadway at the Beach, Market Commons, Hudson Flea Market are all nearby. This area of beach is very wide with multiple sand dunes. This area is only zoned for beach homes and low-rise condo complexes which gives it more of an island feel and makes for an un-crowded, quiet beach any time of year. The complex sits on an extra large lot with an oversized pool, courtyard, and grilling area that makes it very accommodating for families and pets. The view from our balcony does not face any other complex or parking areas to give you ultimate in privacy and unobstructed views. This is very uncommon on the Grand Strand. Condo is very well maintained . Living Room has a 40' flat screen TV and DVD player, master bedroom is equipped with a new 32' LCD TV. . The beach is the widest and most beautiful on the southern strand. A short walk and you can be at the jetty where the inlet and ocean waters meet, ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL SPOTS YOU'LL EVER EXPERIENCE. Keywords: low-rise oceanfront condo south of Garden City Pier

Location and condominium facilities were excellent. Cool and breezy on the beach at this time so we didn't swim or sunbathe much but we enjoyed long walks. The beach in this area was not crowded at all and did not have loud groups of spring break students.

This clean and well equipped condo was perfect. It is located at the end of the inlet- very quiet but also has (2) fine dining restaurants across the street. We walked to pier every day along the beach. Nightlife in Murells Inlet and antique stores abound. Can’t wait to come back! As for the only negative review that is posted here - consider it an exaggeration and null and void.

Spotless, with everything you need for an extended stay. Great location, but not to near the main center of activity in the busy months. Not facing the beach but right on the beach. Nice grounds, pool, etc. We walked the beach every day. In February, we had it all to ourselves.

We searched VRBO for ocean/beach front rental. While the building is ocean front this unit is not. The view is of laundry room building on one side and street and parking lots on the other. This unit was not very clean, linens were old, and stained. Vent in bathroom was pulled away from wall and heavy dirt and dust was on ceiling and wall, above towel rack. Fire extinguisher hanging on end of cupboards above counter was thick with dust and dirt. The catwalk to the beach ends in the middle of the dunes, so you have to walk thru deep sand to reach the beach. For seniors, this was difficult. We have stayed in various rentals over the last 30 years, from Outer Banks to Pawleys Island, and this was the worse stay overall.

Had a very relaxing week. Location was great....steps to the beach. Convenient to our favorite places. Owners quick to respond. Main bedroom needs a new mattress and unit needs a dehumidifier but fans helped. Rates were very reasonable, though. Would stay again.

Older but well maintained property, bathrooms small. Very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of towels and well stocked.
Had to rent last minute and this was a great deal. Across the street from a terrific restaurant.

Perfect location, perfect place , we had a wonderful time. We were saddened that we weren’t given the first right of refusal for our time there, as we were there at the same time last year, and we’re asked if we wanted to return this year, as we did. Oh well, we’ll find another for next year.

We just love this condo, it is steps from the beach, has all that is needed for convenience. We have used this condo many times before and will be using it again. The folks who live there are extremely friendly and helpful with any needed info about what do do and best eating places.

This was our initial 1 month stay with VRBO as we both retired and wanted to try it out before jumping in for 3 months/6 months. What a wonderful experience! The Condo was just as described and the pictures spot on. The Condo was spotless as well as the property. The pantry was well stocked from dishes, utensils, spices to various bathroom/personal items. Although we rented in January and it was to cold to use the pool, I walked the beach everyday. It was a stone's throw away and was so tranquil. The check-in process was seamless and I never had to reach out to the owner during our stay as we never had any issues! We had a number of wonderful sunset evenings on the balcony. The Gulfstream Restaurant is right across the street which was great for walking over for drinks or meals! We found so many things to do - Charleston day trip - Brook Gardens - Pawley Islands..and the list goes on. Michele had coupon books in the condo which was great. It gave us ideas for daily things to do.

This condo complex is where we used to stay with our children every summer. Love the family friendly area. Very convenient for Christmas with our children since our son lives in Georgetown and the unit was well supplied. And of course one of the plus areas was that we could bring our dog with us… He is part of our family. The owner was more than gracious and very helpful. Highly recommend this unit

Great Garden City getaway

We had a wonderful time the two weeks we stayed at the beach. Great location to beach and community pool. Weather was perfect and condo was very clean. Owner was also easy to communicate with. Just wish the condo had a washer and dryer in the unit.

The other renters are friendly, like being home. The neighborhood is beautiful. Condo is nice and the changes are great to see. Check in is a little tricky. I prefer the old way, mail me the keys and I will mail them back as the key box is hard to use. I would recommend the condo to others.
