Such a wonderful gem in the heart of Capitol Hill. From the moment we arrived we could see the time, talent and treasure that was invested in the design of this lovely home. It is warm and inviting and so comfortable. Everything that you need has already been provided by these thoughtful hosts! We appreciated all aspects of this home and were able to enjoy some great nights of sleep too! No need to look anywhere else as this home is perfection in Denver! We also appreciated the close walking proximity to Leven Deli which is one of the most awesome places to go for any meal, happy hour or meet up! We look forward to our returning to stay again in the future!

The property was in a central location and allowed us easy access for walking to Capitol complex, museums, shops, Cheesman Park and Botanic Garden. The property was well priced and accurately matched the description in the listing. Host was very responsive when contacted. I recommend this property to others!

The property is in a great location, easy to walk to the heart of town or to nearby shops / restaurants. Sydney and the team were very responsive about any concerns and made it very easy to check in and out. We had a wonderful stay during out time in Denver!

This is the perfect place to stay when coming to Denver. The apartment itself is extremely clean and well stocked. The decorations are all upscale. There is a parking spot that goes along with the apartment and it’s within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. I would highly recommend this place.

The unit was beautifully decorated, clean, well equipped, very comfortable, nice location. The host added many personal touches including a nice welcome letter and some snacks and waters. She was also very quick to respond to any questions and checked in if everything was satisfactory. Would definitely stay again.

This rental had everything we needed. I’m so glad we didn’t stay downtown where most of the hotels were, if only because the construction down there was crazy, and this neighborhood is very walkable (LOTS of dog walkers! 😃) it was also close to the Botanical Gardens which were wonderful… and Voodoo donuts… This is a host who anticipates all of your questions or needs too. And they were gracious about an unanticipated late check out (flat tire repair!) Definitely recommend.

Best rental so far!! My husband and I were in the Denver area to visit family and attend events at Red Rocks and Empower Field at Mile High. The location was perfect and central to everything in the area. Great hosts, beautifully decorated apartment, comfortable bed (huge +) fully stocked kitchen and bath. We absolutely will be back when visiting the Denver area again. A++ Thank you Sydney and the ELEVATE team.

Our visit focused on time with graduating grandkid, and coming and going several times a day by car. Parking very convenient. Our downtime, and sometimes evening home/cooking in apt was relaxing. We had some problem with first night check-in beacuse I lost the email about how to access the alley behind the home. Hosts came quickly to our rescue. Our stay was great.

This apartment looked and felt completely new, and was very clean and comfortable. The location is also great. But the absolute best part is the host who goes over and beyond to make sure that you feel welcomed and comfortable. I decided on this place because of the location and parking space. I was traveling with my son and needed a car, so dealing with street parking would be frustrating. The neighborhood was great, good for families but also a lot to do. Loved Jelly - local breakfast place. I travelled for work so getting around Denver was actually very convenient from this location. Check in and check out were super easy. Apartment felt very safe and cozy. Just great place, would definitely recommend.

Property is in an ideal location to explore downtown Denver. Walk to many attractions, off street parking which is very hard to find in the city. Property is as advertised with a comfortable bed - very important but rare to find in rentals! Sydney's experience in the hospitality industry shows. Nice touches throughout, very responsive and easy to work with. What's not to like!

This is a fantastic property. The location is highly walkable to several great breakfast spots (we loved Jelly), and the parking space was very helpful. The unit itself is lovely and stocked with everything we needed, including snacks, bottle of wine, and coffee makings. Bed was super comfy and host very responsive. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Denver.

This was the perfect fit for my family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. I really liked the fact that it had a parking space, even though we walked to most places it was nice to know that if we drove that we would have a parking spot. Sydney was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful.

The unit was well appointed, good bed, good communication w owner, easy to checkin/out. Price was a good value and proximity to all of Denver. Our only issue was the couch was definitely not a lounging couch, just plain not comfortable. The location and parking spot was good although the approach down the alley is not good. Overflowing dumpsters etc.

Everything about the listing was completely accurate. The apartment was extremely neat, clean, and fully-stocked, and the parking location made it easy to enter/exit the property by car. We felt very comfortable in this very nice, clean & well-maintained apartment, & were so extremely grateful we found a place in this busy area with a designated parking spot for our rental car. Recommend walking a few blocks to "Jelly" for breakfast!

We stayed here for 3 weeks. It’s very comfortable and cute. Good location with lots of nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The host is very helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated that the cooking pots and pans were of good quality. Also, it was really nice to have a dedicated parking spot.
