Welcome to Isle of View II. This peaceful 3 story beach home offers beautiful views of the wide Atlantic from each level plus more than enough space for everyone to spread out and relax. You will find 10 spacious bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms, a stocked gourmet kitchen with bar top which is connected to the dining area and family room. Gather for a family night in the game room which offers a mini kitchen and wet bar! Enjoy a dip in the beautiful in-ground pool, relax in the nearby hot tub, or walk across the street where you'll find easy beach access and take a short stroll to the beach and enjoy some fun in the sun! This home is dog-friendly, ensuring no family gets left behind during this vacation! Located in Sunny Sandbridge Beach, Virginia-No 4 x4 needed for Virginia.

Isle of View Too was awful. There was a tub in one bathroom that leaked through the floor into the bathroom below. Another bathroom sink was clogged. The carpets are worn and filthy. The kitchen had a main drawer hanging loose so it could not be accessed nor could the drawers below it. We have been renting homes at Sandbridge Beach since 2003, summer rental prices have gone off the charts since 2021 and homes like Isle of View Too are asking astronomic rental fees but not being maintained to the level expected of this high price. We are not coming back to Sandbridge because of this awful experience at Isle of View Too.

Ideal home for our large family vacation. Spacious bedrooms,bathrooms and large kitchen area for family meals. Short walk to beach but out the back door to the pool and hot tub. The front and back 3rd floor decks gave us beautiful sunrise in morning and sunset in the evening.

The property worked really well for us. The living room/kitchen communal area is on the 3rd floor. Just FYI for anyone that would be a problem for, but the space was perfect for our group.
The only thing that was frustrating was that the cleaning/prep crew in charge of readying the house for guests did not stock the property properly with toilet paper or soap in 80% of the bathrooms, so we were forced to go buy supplies we shouldn't have had to.

Loved the location. There was plenty of room for all of us (15). The pool was perfect. The gas grill was in horrible shape and we needed to go buy cleaning brushes and grill scrapers before we could use it. The cleanliness of the house was very disappointing (the sweeper was not run, counters in kitchen not wiped down, the shower curtains were moldy, front entrance door was filthy and screen door did not close) a lot of updates are needed (replace moldy shower curtains, missing/broken slats in window blinds, stains all over the carpeting, handle on refrigerator on lower level was torn off and some shelving was broke in both refrigerators, and the stairs leading to the upper deck not finished and unusable. I would recommend this property. BUT would definitely warn the renters of the above mentioned issues. I also would rent this home again if it was deep cleaned and updated with above mentioned issues.

It was nice it could have been better both refrigerators smell like fish we had to clean them up. The grill was very nasty we cleaned it up. Kitchen tables were very nasty we cleaned them up. After that things got better.

We had a group of 7 families with small children and we had a wonderful time! The common areas were big enough for us all to spend time together and each family having their own room and bathroom was so nice. The house has wear and tear like you would expect at a rental house but overall was very comfortable and well kept, and the kitchen was well stocked. The very short walk to the beach made it easy to come back and forth from the beach with small children. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 21 (parents, 4 siblings, lots of cousins) had a great week at Isle of View Too in Sandbridge! We have vacationed for years together from St. Augustine to Cape Cod and agreed this was the best house we have stayed in yet (size and affordability). It was very nice and clean and Ocean Sands Realty was GREAT to work with! The 1st floor was perfect for all the kids with the pool table, mini kitchen and easy access to the pool! It was also so close to the beach that we felt comfortable letting the kids come and go as they please. We LOVED that there were no TVs in the bedroom because it "forced" us all to spend time together! The view of the ocean for the 3rd floor balcony was on point! The kitchen also had everything you would possibly need and then some. The large dining tables were nice so we could all sit together over meals. We already reserved the house for next year!

This is our second stay in this property with our multigenerational family. Disappointed that the external stairs from top floor to ground was still "in progress". Property managers responsive to issues on the wifi issues, which were promptly resolved. Would suggest that info about trash pick up be provided as our trash cans were full when we arrived. Overall, very satisfied with house and we enjoyed our vacation!

Though the location was exactly what I wanted, I found a ladder propped up in the foyer when we walked in. Also we were put off to discover that when we arrived the outside stairs, which had been out of use in a review from 2021 were still not in place. Silly of me to assume that they would have been finished 2 years later.
Then we discovered that the pool and the hot tub had also not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We lost Wi-Fi on the third day of our stay, which was quite inconvenient to those members of our party that needed to be able to get online for work.
Despite messaging Wednesday evening regarding the loss of Wi-Fi, and the fact that nobody came to clean the hot tub or the pool on its scheduled day, Wednesday, we heard from no one until late Thursday night when I texted a second time. When the pool maintenance people arrived Friday morning, we were told that they did not service the hot tub, a contradiction to what I had received via a text message. I was told when we were getting ready to check out that someone would reach out to me to discuss my disappointments in our overall stay, but three days post check out I have yet to hear from anyone.
We have the opportunity go away every other year, and it was quite disappointing to have there be blemishes on our trip.

We loved being right across from the beach access. We also enjoyed the pool for post beach cookouts/hangouts. This property was great for some family fun! It was fully stocked and very clean. Cute house and we loved the location. Much quieter side of Sandbridge. Great access to the beach. Kitchen was beautiful with lots of space. Easy to maneuver with two dogs and our family. King bedrooms were very nice. The decks are all nice to sit on and have beautiful views. Pool and hot tub were nice. Plenty of towels, but if you want beach towels, bring your own. Washer and dryer conveniently located on the second floor. Bring your own laundry soap and dryer sheets. Ocean Sands was very easy to work with and quick to answer any questions.If you want good food DELIVERED to your house, call Lago Mar Pizza on Sandbridge Road. You can order online and they deliver to the house. Good food. Fast service. We ordered a few times during the week. Also, have your groceries delivered by Food Lion. We ordered our groceries when we were about an hour out from arrival and had everything delivered to the house.The queen bedrooms are NOT queens. They are full. We did have one couple switch bedrooms to a King room because the bed was too small. The carpeted stairs are filthy, but you can't really help that with the in and out from the beach and pool and such a high traffic area. The biggest negative would be the couch and dining room tables. The couch fits 5 or 6 adults up close and personal, no more than that. A house this size should have furniture to accommodate larger groups. We only had six people and never could all sit together in the living room. The dining room table and high top table are hard wooden chairs, very uncomfortable and the top of the table is aged and looks dirty, but it's not. All in all nice house. We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend.

It was too cold to get in the pool, but the hot tub was a plus. A small elevator would have definitely been a plus. Lots of room for the family. Plenty of bathrooms. Overall, I would recommend people to stay here and my family and I plan stay there again.

I received a call 3 days before the reservation date letting me know the property may not be ready in time. However, they one other option to move the reservation too which we did not take due to the number of beds. After establishing that they did there best getting the original home available with some unfinished details. The management company allowed us to move in early as an accommodation. Th location of the home was perfect and the home was nice. However, this home definitely needs furniture updates throughout. We had a leak from one of the bathrooms into the lower level and after reporting the sent a maintenance person over to look but he did not make any repairs or caulk tub/shower. Overall the home was nice and the group had a good time, so it is what it is.

Overall we enjoyed the house and location.Pros: 10 Bedrooms and 10 Bathrooms provided plenty of space for our group. The layout of the house is great and the rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and functional.The house was SO stocked. The kitchen contained everything you could possibly want or need. The kitchen setup with an extra sink in the island made it very easy to work around others.Very close to the beach access, even though not 'beach-front.' Literally right across the street to get to the beach. First time to Sandbridge and loved the beach. Quiet, but 10 minutes from every store you could need. Have to try the donuts at the Seaside Market.Plenty of parking for 7 vehicles that we had.Cons:The pool was great with a walk-in area, but the liner was torn and the 1 side of pool gave a shock when you leaned against it. Seemed somewhat unsafe?The stairs leading from the top floor to the pool were closed off. The decking seemed old in most all other areas and had holes which also seemed unsafe. We were told AFTER we got there that the stairs were closed and were going to be demolished and rebuilt at a later date. This was a minor inconvenience but feel this should be communicated up front.

When we arrived we were notified two of the rooms were unusable for the first 3 days of our stay. They provided air mattresses but that created a situation where we had couples split up in bunk beds and kids sleeping with parents. Additionally, the back stairs were unusable for the duration of the stay. This was particularly frustrating because the kitchen is on the top level, so every time a kid wants a snack or a drink. Prepare to dry off and go through the house every time.

Plenty of parking and balcony space. Some issues with cleanliness of shower curtains and kitchen tabletops/chairs, finicky toilets, very limited balcony furniture. Pool temp was quite cold until it had been 90+ for several days. Pool cleaner came a day later than advertised. Biggest issues was second and first floor bedrooms were quite susceptible to the noise from the floor above and creaky floors especially since the main gathering space is on the third floor.

I would not recommend booking this property. The house is in need of several major renovations. The carpet needs to be replaced, both refrigerators are falling apart, the furniture is old and dilapidated, the common area is small, and the bathrooms are filthy.
The property management company was unprofessional. Our signed contract noted a check-in time of 3pm; however, on the day before arrival the email said check-in was not until 4pm. When I called to ask about the discrepancy the rep said the 3pm check-in time on the legally binding agreement was "a mistake". There are far better property management companies in the Sandbridge area.
The pool and location of the property are great, but the property hasn't been well maintained. The subpar quality of the beach house put a damper on an otherwise nice vacation. I will not be booking this house or using Beach Pros Realty again.

Sliding doors did not have working locks. We were provided wooden poles to lock them. This is not good for young ones as they are able to lift them out. Pool guy never showed to test the pool water. Toilets clogged regularly.

The home was nice and spacious. But was very outdated. If needed new carpet and paint. It also had ceilings peeling and sagging from possibly water leakage.
When we checked in the home wasn’t clean. Dishes were dirty in cupboards, under cupboards were dirty and carpet wasn’t clean. When I called the property manager they immediately sent someone who came and cleaned home. She was amazing as they were to understanding.
The walls, stair rails and other parts hadn’t been painted and they were very worn and marked up. To entice people to return it needs updated. We will not stay again but the other home we rented the month prior we would just book that. Because the property rental was good.

Volleyball weekend tournament
The home was nice and spacious. But was very outdated. If needed new carpet and paint. It also had ceilings peeling and sagging from possibly water leakage.
When we checked in the home wasn’t clean. Dishes were dirty in cupboards, under cupboards were dirty and carpet wasn’t clean. When I called the property manager they immediately sent someone who came and cleaned home. She was amazing as they were to understanding.
The walls, stair rails and other parts hadn’t been painted and they were very worn and marked up. To entice people to return it needs updated. We will not stay again but the other home we rented the month prior we would just book that. Because the property rental was good.
