All of our lofts come equipped with the amenities necessary for a happy, healthy, and productive lifestyle, such as: designer-grade kitchens and spacious, impeccably designed, and decorated living spaces, with floor-to-ceiling windows (hellloooo views!) and excellent natural light (big golden hour vibes).
Located in the absolute best neighborhood of Denver, our central LoHi location allows guests to walk, or bike (self-service kiosks nearby) to literally anything and everything. From the Highlands Farmer’s Market each Sunday to the city’s best restaurants and delicious coffee shops, you will love being able to pop in and out of the hotel on the fly to explore the local vibe.
The vibe of this particular loft can best be described as a combination of curated functionality with contemporary minimalism, intended to create a feeling of art, nature, and simplicity. This fusion creates the perfect blend of function and form, focusing on clean lines, bright spaces, and feel-good colors. And without further ado, allow us to welcome you to our Chic Allure Meets Modern Lifestyle Loft!
This three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom lifestyle loft is located on the fourth floor of the Zuni Lofts LoHi and known to have one of the most stylish and spacious floor plans in the hotel, not to mention the Denver skyline views from the private balcony are absolutely spectacular.
The living area is open-concept, allowing for the free flow of energy and connection, with a chic but welcoming down-to-earth vibe. Starting with the Scandi-modern kitchen designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler’s lifestyle.
Kitchen amenities include:
• Two large pantries and tons of cabinet space just for your group
• Toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, Oster blender, professional-grade knife set, and Pyrex food storage containers
• Assorted spices and olive oil from sustainable, zero-waste industry leader, Public Goods
• Locally owned, organic, and fair-trade coffee from Boulder-based, female-owned, Wild Barn
The remaining living space includes the spacious living room with a large sectional couch, beautiful design touches from CB2, and floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall windows. If you’re a fan of terrazzo interiors like we are, you will be in happy interior heaven. In the mood to binge-watch something excellent? You will be thrilled to find out that the smart TV’s in every room of the loft come with a fully loaded cable package, including HBO.
The large dining area is set for four with a handsome sustainably sourced oak table that is surrounded by wall-sized windows and located right off the private balcony with stunning skyline views. This balcony is the perfect space for reading a book, a morning sunrise meditation, or celebratory vacation libations. Cheers!
Also off of the dining area, behind the modern barn doors, you will find a cozy, curated bedroom with a wall-sized window, and zen art pieces. One of the best-kept secrets in the Zuni Lofts is the view from the top bunk- whoever is lucky enough to snag this spot will have the pleasure of stargazing their way to a perfect night’s sleep.
The master suite is Taj Mahal sized and a plethora of additional flex space. The ensuite bathroom is also muy grande and includes dual sinks and a glass-enclosed shower. Just off of the bathroom is a huge walk-in closet that offers enough space for all of your belongings, even if you severely overpacked, you will have more than enough room for all of it here.
The third bedroom is tucked away towards the entry of the loft and gives guests the opportunity for quiet privacy. There is also a large walk-in closet in this room that is big enough to fit all of the things. For convenience, there is an additional bathroom just outside of the room with a full shower.

Communication was great; check-in and -out was easy (very reasonable check-out tasks); safe and convenient location; quick walk to quality restaurants and into downtown; clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations (for ten of us); wonderful views from the balcony—we couldn’t have asked for a better bachelorette trip.
It was certainly the closest experience to a hotel that we will get through a rental app (with the benefit of all of us being together). I cannot say enough good things about this place. So pick it! Recommended 100%!

Property was nice - easy check in and out process. Manager was communicative and friendly. Parking is very limited and I would recommend bringing storage needs like zip lock bags and aluminum foil. Close distance to union station made airport travel very easy. Many restaurants and bars within 1 mile radius. Beautiful view of downtown and comfortable space for sleeping/relaxing!

Wonderful
The property was GORGEOUS! Bright and white, simple and fresh. It was so relaxing to just hang out there because of the serene ambiance. I was also pleasantly surprised with how quiet it stayed in the condo despite the busy-ness of the area outside. Everything inside seemed brand new and high quality, ie beds, pillows, linens, appliances etc. Loved loved loved our stay! We willcertainly be back on our next trip to Denver.
