This was a beautiful home with four bedroom and a pool table and ping pong table. Check in was easy and check out was also pain free. Only issue was that the listing stated there was a 5th bedroom but we were never ever to find it.

A small family getaway for the fourth! The Royals are our favorite baseball team and they put on a fabulous fireworks show!

House was just like it was advertised. Fit our needs perfectly. It was in a great neighborhood and was centrally located to everything we were doing. Owner was easy to get ahold of and was right on top of getting back to you with the answers you needed. Would stay again.

We came to town to go to Oceans of Fun and Worlds of Fun. The house was close which was great. Cody was so responsive when I reached out. The house was very spacious and so nice. Thank you Cody!

We really enjoyed staying here and nice that we could check in early! We came for a wedding downtown. Was an easy 20 minute drive to the venue. A 20 minute drive to the airport as well. We really enjoyed the ping pong table and the pool table. Enough rooms and bathrooms for our family and getting ready for a wedding. We would stay here again!

This home was wonderful to spend time together and enjoy Kansas City. Super clean. Comfortable with room to spread out. Close to Worlds of Fun and Oceans of Fun and also Union Station was. a 15 minute drive. We cooked and spent time at the home and slept comfortably after KC Adventures. Book this home!

Perfect setup to hangout, shoot some pool, play ping pong and throw bags. Had everything to make breakfast and dinners. Comfy beds, Roku TVs, great WIFI. Would highly recommend this place!

My only recommendations would be to: (1) Use a thermostat that is easier to use. Luckily I have this type in my home but operating it without the app can be tricky. (2) I would move one of the queen beds upstairs to the front upstairs bedroom and move the trundle bed in the room with the queen bed. This will give guests (couples) more options.

The house was perfect for our needs. Very close to the parks, yet can get to the plaza in under half an hour. The house itself was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The pool table and pingpong tables were a group favorite.

3 families gathered to enjoy a few days in KC. The house had all the things we needed to enjoy our time together. We made a meal each day in the kitchen and were able to all sit around the huge dining table. The kids loved the fenced back yard, the pool table, the ping pong table and the cabinet of board games. The home was less than 10 minutes from shopping/grocery store. Less than 7 minutes from Worlds/Oceans of Fun and easy access to the interstate to head downtown and to Kauffman Stadium. We would definitely stay here again.

Firstly, all the interactions with the host were amazing, from booking until check out. The home smelled clean as soon as we walked in. We were visiting from out of state, and the home not only accommodated our family, but also local family members that came to have dinner with us. The neighborhood was lovely. The neighbors were nice, and it was very quaint and quiet. We took advantage of the pool table, mini basketball hoop for the kids, etc. The back yard is huge. Everything was so nicely appointed. We definitely plan on staying again on our next trip home to KC for a visit. GO CHIEFS!
