Brand new!! Just finished the inside. The landscaping is still being finished. This wonderful property has a steam shower! Enjoy relaxing in a luxurious steam shower after a fun day . This property is centrally located. It is located 15 minutes from the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, 10 minutes from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon, 13 minute from the mouth of Millcreek Canyon, 11 minutes to the mouth of Parley’s Canyon, and 20 minutes from Temple Square or Downtown Salt Lake City.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. Plenty of space for 5 adults, kitchen was well stocked, laundry facilities were a big help too. Plenty of bedroom space and loads of extra linens, paper products, etc. if needed. Beds were very comfortable, communication from hosts was good, steam shower was a nice bonus. Selection of stores and restaurants in the area is excellent.
Only one small issue, though not against the house/host, just situational. Neighbor auto-started his truck (3 horn honks and a high engine rev) every weekday morning at 6am sharp—said truck was parked directly outside Main bedroom window, which was a very loud way to be woken up each morning.

Appreciated the easy check in process, cleanliness, and well stocked house. The steam shower was amazing! Great perk. Getting to downtown SLC and also south to the IKEA and Loveland aquarium was a breeze either way.

Beautiful, very clean updated home! The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe! We had a wonderful stay while we were town visiting my daughter who graduated from the University of Utah. Short drive to SLC, Park City, Big Cottonwood Canyon, Park City and SLC airport! Would love to stay again the next time we're in town. Thanks so much Jeff!

Perfect visit. Super clean interior. Plenty of space for 6 people to be comfortable and spread out. Great washer and dryer, large bath towels, nice showers/sauna. 10 minutes to mouth of both canyons and 25 minutes to Park City.

My son and I did a 4 day ski trip to Brighton and Solitude. House was 10 minute drive to a ski bus stop. Many good restaurants around the area. Great space to relax in after hitting the slopes.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The house has very modern features and is extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable! My husband, son, and FIL went skiing every day and were very happy with the location of the house. We had a lot of fun relaxing on the couch in the evening and playing games.
We will definitely stay at this property again the next time we visit the SLC area!

Jeff was a great communicator and made sure we had everything we needed for our 6 nights in SLC. The house is well furnished and centrally located- we were especially pleased with the fully equipped kitchen and steam shower. The beds were super comfortable too!

The location was convenient near major freeways with stores and restaurants nearby. We also were pleased that there was a UTA park and ride down the street for days when we wanted to take TRAX light rail into downtown for a busy event.
The house was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the steam shower. Stepping into that heavenly mist was a fantastic way to refresh after a day of exploring!
Overall, we really enjoyed our week at this property and would stay again. Highly recommended.

Myself, another mom, and our two teens stayed here for a long weekend to go back to school shopping and visit lagoon lagoon. As women with our kids (sans spouses), we felt very safe in the home/area. The beds were very comfortable, which is not always the case in hotels/VRBO's and it was sufficiently stocked with any/all of the things we needed (towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc.). The communication with the owner was fantastic, and the check in/out process was easy. We'd stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property. It was an excellent location for us to get to all of our family reunion activities. My kids loved staying in a bunk bed for the first time and they loved that there was a park walking distance away by the fire station. Hosts are easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend anyone staying on this property.

Hands down, the cleanest rental I have ever rented! Everything was clean and new and very well stocked! Extra towels, blankets, and a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in each shower. A coffee bar with coffee, hot chocolate, and creamer. Washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets. The house is close to everything. Tons of places to eat nearby and places to shop. Under 30 minutes to Solitude and Brighton to ski/snowboard. I would definitely stay again.

This property is super cute. Everything is new and modern. Every time I got in bed it smelled like fresh laundry which was amazing. Beds were comfortable. My husband used the steam room once and loved it. The house was centrally located so we were close to everything we needed. 🥰❤️😊 Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We were so delighted with our stay here! Everything was new as described. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and blankets. Felt nice and spacious for our family of 4. Appreciated the cleanliness of kitchen dishes/utensils and sharp knives!
Steam shower was amazing and easy to use.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe, very easy access for getting around SLC. Jeff communicated everything ahead of time and we had no issues while at the house so did not need to contact him while we were there. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jeff for such a great place to stay.

This was the perfect stay for our family of four and we could have conveniently slept at least two more. The decor is modern and fresh. The location is less than 20 minutes from SLC airport, less than 10 minutes from the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon and about 40 minutes from Park City.
The house was immaculate, beds were super comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials, heater felt wonderful, and washer and dryer worked great…and most importantly, the host was truly a pleasure to communicate with.
Don’t pass this one up!

What a wonderful place to stay while skiing multiple mountains! The place is as listed. Responsive host and easy arrival and departure process. The house is easy to get to, and surrounded by restaurants and services. 20 minutes from the airport.
Steam shower is a luxury, especially after a day outdoors. The bathrooms are stocked with beautiful towels and shower supplies. Beds are comfortable. Laundry room is perfect.

Jeff was a great host. The accommodations were just as described and perfect for our 2 week stay. Quiet and private, excellent parking and convenient to everything. Bathrooms were bright, clean and adequate size......and the steam shower was a very enjoyable plus. We will stay again on our next trip to SLC.

Jeff’s home is absolutely fantastic. The pictures represent the property very well. It literally looks brand new! We came into the home at the start of a massive winter storm that took out the internet (huge tree branch) for most of our trip but Jeff literally spent days working w Xfinity to fix it (wasn’t his fault at all) and issue resolved. We were happy to be off screens and work on puzzles for those nights. Steam shower is a dream, beds very comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We will definitely be back with our family the next time we are in SLC!

We booked this property for a ski trip Dec 12-18th 2022. The house is freshly remodeled and In a good location. We had zero problems with the home during our stay. It is about 45 mins to park city and 30 mins to big cottonwood. Plenty of activities within minutes at this location. Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. We came to Salt Lake City to ski. It's about 30min drive to several ski resorts. After a tiring day in the mountains, the steam shower did help us to relax. The property seems remodeled recently. Everthing is brand new, clean and tidy. Enough space for our 4-people group. It's also closed to my favourite grocery store.

This is a great property. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were great and we loved the steam room. This property has easy access to I-215 and I-15, making it easy to get where you’re going. It’s close to Fashion Place Mall, so there’s shopping and dining nearby and Fort Union is close too. We loved the feel of this property; newly finished with great decor, and full size appliances included washer and dryer with all the supplies you could need. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Quite neighborhood and great place to stay!
The property manager was very quick to answer questions both before and during the stay. The beds were SOOO comfortable, the house was super clean and welcoming, great location and a very quite neighborhood. So close to shopping and some great places to eat!

Great place in Salt Lake City
This was a great place to stay with my two nephews while on a ski trip to Utah. The rental was spotless and a great place for a family! We especially appreciated the separate bedrooms and master suite with a steam shower (wow!). The location was close to shopping and dining and a short drive up to the main ski resorts (about 25-30 minutes to Snowbird). The rental seems like it's brand new on the inside. Would definitely stay here again.
