Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved that we didn’t need our cars, as downtown and the beaches were so accessible on foot. We appreciated that the host provided shampoo/soap. The beds were SO comfortable! Plenty of space indoors and outside to relax.

What a great place to stay for a few days when looking to spend time in Lake Geneva. It is within walking distance of the lake and the downtown area. There were 4 of us and we each had our own bed and 2 bathrooms. The outdoor space is beautiful and relaxing, but watch out for the squirrels who nibble on the acorns in the oak tree above the deck!

We had a great time at Lake Geneva and loved the house we stayed in. The house is in a great location and an easy walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. Tony, our host, was great and accommodating, answering all of my questions before our trip. I would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

We absolutely loved the house! Great location and all as advertised! Updated nicely. Comfortable beds. Clean. Pleasant interactions with owner Tony and another gentleman who worked for Tony. Felt very comfortable and at home. Loved the porch! Would stay again for sure. Highly recommend.

The house and location were perfect for our short stay. Enjoyed the outside deck and the walking distance to the lake and downtown. The property manager was easy to contact and prompt with responses.

We loved staying at this property. It’s close to the lake and downtown so we walked everywhere. Had a cookout and it was so relaxing sitting on the deck. We had 6 adults and an infant and the space was perfect. Would absolutely stay here next time we are in Lake Geneva. Thanks for a great stay, Tony!

This rental was a perfect choice while we were in town for a wedding! They accommodated our early checkin - no problem! The location was perfect- nice and quiet yet yet so close to downtown!

My friends and I just got back from a bachelor party at Tony's property. It was a perfect location and only a 5-6 min walk to the downtown area, which was perfect. The property was very clean and everything updated. The house was perfect. Tony was very quick to respond to my messages to him and he even reached out to me on his own and asked if we needed anything, which I appreciated very much. I highly recommend staying here!

Great little house and excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to downtown and the beach. Large property and deck that provides a sense of privacy despite being so close to town. House was very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The only downside was no washer/dryer, that we saw at least.

Wonderful well appointed 3 bedroom home, with lots of open common space and large wrap around deck. It was perfect for five adults and two children under five. It is really close to all the shops and restaurants downtown Geneva has to offer. It was super convenient for our needs as it is short walk to the lakefront Riviera Ballroom where the wedding festivities we attended took place. Overall it was great.

When I booked this property, I didn't fully appreciate how close it is to downtown Lake Geneva and the boat tours dock! It was wonderful to be able to just walk down for shopping, lunch, dinner, tours and not move our cars or fight (and pay) for parking. We had 7 of us (3 of our teenage/adult kids) and 1 set of grandparents and had plenty of room. The deck was amazing, beds were comfortable and we were able to play games together at the kitchen table. There's even a sliver of lake view from the deck. We would definitely stay here again. House was immaculate. I made sure to run/walk the lake path each morning as well which was very convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved this location for our girls weekend. Plenty of beds for our whole group, and the layout of the property was perfect. An added perk was that we could walk everywhere, especially since you have to pay for parking everywhere! We would come back. The owner is also very responsive which was a plus.

Conveniently located to get to the lake and to Main St. Comfortable beds, great family room couch and chairs, great kitchen table and barstools. 2 full bathrooms with good water pressure and quick to warm up. It was a great rental for the winter and would be even better in the summer to enjoy the huge deck!

The location of this rental was ideal, it's just a few blocks away from downtown Lake Geneva. The common areas were spacious and allowed the whole group to hang out together. We especially enjoyed the deck area overlook the lake! Can't wait to return again!

We had a great stay for girls weekend. The house is accurately portrayed in the pictures. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need. The location was quiet, but within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The owner checked in our first day to be sure there wasn’t anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous stay. The house was neat and clean. Just a block from the lake. Great location. We were able to walk anywhere in town. I couldn’t get the cable TV to work. I texted the owner and he replied with in 15 minutes. Very nice man. He called me the next day to follow up. I would recommend this house to rent.

Tony’s property is in an excellent location, easy walking distance to parks, lake, and all that downtown Lake Geneva has to offer. The property’s layout, furnishings, and touches like luggage racks and a trunk of board games (which we didn’t discover until the last night) are very guest-centric and would have made for a comfortable stay. However, we were quite uncomfortable with the lack of cleanliness - including dead bugs in corners, layers of grime on the baseboards and ceiling fans, and even someone else’s hair shavings on the shower wall.

My family and I stayed here for a short 4 day trip to Lake Geneva. We loved how close the property was to the dock for our boat rental, downtown shopping, restaurants, and public beach. We walked everywhere even with our coolers and bags. We grilled our own food most nights. Loved how cool the a/c was at night as we like to sleep cold, and plenty of bedrooms for everyone to have a bed. In hindsight, we should have brought beach towels, otherwise had everything we needed for this vacation at the property.

House was in a perfect location, walking distance to the lake and main street. Quick driving distance to any grocceries or anything else needed. Great communication by the property owner and was helpful if we needed anything.
