About this house rental
Our custom Brick Adobe is full of charm with details like original wood paneling, soaring ceilings, exposed beams, and many windows for beautiful light. Newly renovated bathrooms, a large open kitchen, and separate dining and living rooms make this perfect for large groups. Cozy organic cotton bedding welcomes you in every bedroom.
The large outdoor space provides all the amenities to enjoy the Arizona weather, with outdoor dining, bistro lights, fire pit, and lounge chairs for the pool.
Walk in showers with natural light enhance the experience in each of the newly renovated bathrooms.
The Main Bedroom has a king bed with private attached and beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, walk-in closet, and reading chair.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed for sleeping two, with a view of the back yard and pool area.
Bedroom 3 can can sleep up to a family of four with a queen bed and a trundle daybed for the kids, or to use as a cozy reading nook.
The living room was designed with your comfort in mind, with cozy deep couches, a record player with a large selection of vinyl, 55" TV and views of the private backyard pool area. The deep couch can be transformed into another bed, using the provided memory foam pad, linens, and extra pillows. Soaring ceilings, exposed beams and transom windows provide beautiful light and a sense of ease.
The outdoor space provides all the amenities to enjoy the Arizona weather, including outdoor dining with bistro lights, seating and fire pit, and multiple lounge chairs to relax by the pool. The pool area is fully fenced for additional safety.
Pets - We may allow pets on a case by case basis, please message us to see if we can accommodate.
Guests have private access to all areas of the property including pool, patio, enclosed front yard, and all spaces within the house. Front gate and front door are secured with electronic locks and your own unique access code.
Pool can be heated at your request. Heating fee may be applicable.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The home is nicely decorated and well-stocked for the basics. The beds were super comfy with nice quality linens. The back yard, pool and hot tub were a delight to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again :) Thank you for having us.

Great location for our family. Kids loved pool - was slow to heat so recommend getting that started early if you need it. Location felt pretty close to climbing, biking, hiking and good food. All around positive and would stay again.

This house is quite unique - a time capsule that feels modern. Very cozy. Master bedroom is very legit. Pool and hot tub are most relaxing. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and it's easy to get to most areas of the city. Probably the most well-stocked place I've ever stayed. Could cook a whole thanksgiving dinner if you wanted. We regrettably did not.

We returned to Rosewood Adobe and once again, thoroughly enjoyed it. Among many highlights, the pool is wonderful and the family including our 11 and 14 year old grandkids spent considerable time in it. The U-shaped layout is great for people like me who dislike the sound of the TV when we are reading. I was able to curl up with a book in the master bedroom on a very comfortable chair and could not hear a sound.

Great central location. But the best surprise is how adorable the property is. Cute little surprises I won’t spoil. Highly recommend for your entire family or just yourself. The backyard is a total oasis. I also recommend paying a little extra for a heated pool and Jacuzzi that are ready to jump into it anytime. Parking is a breeze. My favorite VBRO so far.

Great house with pool
We had a great stay at the Rosewood Adobe. The house is just as pictured, and the host (Erin) was super responsive. Our family of four was very happy to have three bedrooms with comfortable beds and two well-appointed bathrooms. Everything about staying here was easy, and we would definitely return. The pool was definitely a highlight - can't imagine visiting Tucson in the summer without one.

Absolutely stunning!
Beautiful house and yard straight out of Sunset Magazine! The home is thoughtfully curated with art and furniture, and equipped with useful kitchen appliances so you can stay in and cook a delicious meal if you wish. There’s a CVS not too far should you need anything. Our kids (ages 14 and 12) loved swimming in the pool and we all enjoyed the jacuzzi. Pool floats and games are provided by the host. We’ll definitely be back!

Quality of Host
It is when problems occur that one learns the true quality of the host. We had some bad luck (plumbing, wifi...) during our stay that was no fault of either us or our host She was totally responsive and terrific in addressing everything and then, without our asking, provided a very generous credit to our bill.
Meanwhile, we really loved the home. It is very comfortable, has a great layout, is situated a short drive from many amenities and has a beautiful backyard. Our grandkids loved the pool. We appreciated the locked fence surrounding the property so we could feel safe opening doors to let in the cool night air.
Despite the issues that arose, if we return to Tucson, we will definitely want to rent again from this host.

Super Cool Place!
Erin's place is super cool. A hip vibe right when you walk in the door with modern and retro finishes throughout the entire house. Erin made the entire process very user-friendly and there was no support needed; the place was perfect in every way when we showed up. Overall the house was relaxing and welcoming and we would have loved to hang out on the back patio more or enjoy the pool but we were there for work and so we did not get too much time to "hang out". I would definitely stay here again if I was ever back in Tucson.

Handsome and welcoming!
This house was just exactly as portrayed in the listing - it was clean, handsome and well-equipped. I visited with old college buddies, and it was perfect as a base for touring locally, as well as for just hanging out and laughing.

Loved our stay!
Incredible property! Our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 teens) thoroughly enjoyed The Rosewood Adobe. We used this as home base while we moved our daughter into the U of A.
Our family joined Zoom calls (strong WiFi), watched Netflix in the family room, lounged by the pool, and baked cookies. Fun for all!
We felt safe, had plenty of space, and this was a great location for what we needed. Decor is adorable, home was clean, and we loved the linen sheets!
We look forward to returning during the school year!

A perfect family place close to central Tucson
Couldn’t be happier w this experience. Lovely house - clean and well apportioned. The pool was perfect for a family. The house is about ten minutes drive from lots of great family activities.
The hosts were fantastic to communicate with and the entire experience went as smoothly as one could hope..

Great get away
What impressed me the most about this house was that it was exactly what you see in the pictures. From the moment we pulled up to the property I knew we had made a good decision in renting this house. They had everything we needed for our weekend stay plus some. With waters in the fridge and a poloroid camera to record our memories in a fun way it was obvious to me that the owners of this property cares about the experience of their patrons. The pool was AWESOME and a much needed refreshment for us all. If I ever find myself in Tucson again, I will definitly rent this house again, for it is a great place to getaway from the husltle and bustle of life.
