Entertain everyone at Hawk's Landing! Just 3 miles from downtown and Great Smoky Mountains National Park, our 2,200SF cabin sleeps 12 (10 in beds, 12 with the sleeper sofa). Perfect for families, it boasts a large game room with a pool table, arcade, foosball, TV, and board games. Each floor has a deck offering private, wooded views. Enjoy the new hot tub and updated bathrooms and primary bedroom. No steep roads and plenty of level parking. Fast Wi-Fi and close to all major attractions!

We take pride in our cabin and hope your family loves it too. In the past 2 years we have installed new LVP flooring, upgraded all four bathrooms with new showers/fixtures/mirrors/paint, installed a new hot tub, updated the main floor king bedroom and purchased the following furnishings: mattresses, dining table and chairs, sleeper sofa, queen bunk bed, rocking chairs, outdoor dining table, end tables, mini fridge, TVs, pub stools, and a dresser. We've also replaced several appliances (refrigerator, heating/cooling in game room, water heater, washer/dryer) to keep the "behind-the-scenes" items in good working condition. We continually make improvements to ensure a great experience for all.
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES
• Access to Gatlinburg Falls Resort community pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer depending on weather). The pool area also has a hot tub, waterfall, and lounge chairs.
• Access to the community gym.
• High speed Wi-Fi - strong enough for working from home and accommodating multiple devices.
• Charcoal grill – A park-style grill is located near the front door. You need to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Grilling tools and a lighter are provided.
• Check-in is super simple with the keypad door lock on the front door. You will receive your private code approximately 24 hours before check-in.
• Parking is available right in front of the cabin for 3-4 vehicles. The parking area is large and level - no parking on hills here!
• Getting to the cabin is easy - no steep roads and just minutes from town. Your GPS will take you right here.

• We provide a starter set of soaps, shampoo, dish detergents, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. This starter set is designed so that you are all set when you arrive, but may not last your entire trip. You may need to bring or purchase extras. You will also want to be sure to bring your own ground coffee/cream/sugar. A drip coffee pot is provided.

This is a great family home on the outskirts (1-2 miles) of downtown Gatlinburg! We easily went to Dollywood one day and did downtown Gatlinburg on the other 2 days. The sites at Pigeon Forge are about 20 minutes away.
The home really is setup perfectly with full bathrooms in each bedroom. The hot tub is extremely clean and very nice to relax for 30 minutes after a day of walking or hiking. The 3rd floor room has nice bunk beds and a new pullout if needed. The selection of games in this very large 3rd floor family room are enjoyable for all ages. Air hockey, pool and Ms Pac-Man are a perfect selection and allows you to skip any arcades on your trip as the home provides that for the kids/adults. The family room on the main 2nd floor is great, too. Finally, the 3 porches back up to privacy woods to enjoy coffee or adult drinks. Coffee in the trees each morning with birds chirping.
The owner Amy offers the perfect amount of communication and the home is extremely clean and has many new updates including new floors and bathrooms (high end feel throughout). Would definitely stay again on next visit!

This cabin worked wonderfully for us four ladies. We spent our days hiking and came back to a relaxing hot tub before supper and games. Each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The Internet was a little inconsistent but Amy offered suggestions and was also going to follow up after our visit. Would highly recommend.

Convenient to town and pigeon Forge. The kids loved the game room. One of the reasons I chose this house was it wasn’t too steep of a climb to get to the house. I’m afraid of the steep narrow roads and this didn’t have either. I also chose this cabin because of the walk in shower on the main level (elderly friendly). Overall our family enjoyed the cabin and would stay again. The highlight of my son’s trip was taking the trash to the dumpster and seeing a bear!

We had a wonderful time staying here! The house was very clean and has plenty of room. We loved the mints left for us on the night stand. It was a nice little touch. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub, games (Sequence) and visiting Gatlinburg. The house is close to downtown, too.

We had two families stay with a total of 6 kids under 8 and 4 adults. The amount of bathrooms & bedrooms worked perfect. Loved the hot tub. House was clean. The house had hand soap and extra toilet paper and plenty of clean dishes. The owner had prompt & frequent communication and easy check in. We saw two bears in the main dumpster so beware of that when dumping trash!!! We hiked, visited Ober mountain, wild bear water park, ripleys aqarium, rented a pontoon on Douglas lake, played mini golf at hillbilly golf, & ate at Daquiri Shack & Cherokee grill and both had amazing food and service! Highly recommend this house and all of the activities we did. It was a blast!

My family and I had a wonderful experience. The cabin was excellent and exactly as described. Amy was so great in communicating any needed information with me and even provided some tips for some good places to visit in the area. I would highly recommend this property for families!!

We really enjoyed Hawks landing! The house had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice to relax in at night and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Amy the owner gave us some great suggestions for things to do while we were visiting and she was very accessible if I had any questions.

Manager was good to deal with. She had iron delivered to cabin for us. Beautiful cabin and privately quiet and secure. God location. Cleanliness was not acceptable. Dirty plates in with clean ones. Coffee grounds in filter from previous renters. Bedroom floors unswept as well as living room. Water bottle half drank on back porch. The pool was nice, a little antiquated and bathrooms dirt without tp, hand soap or paper towels. Other pool we visited, but way too small and water shallow. We had a great time and cabin overall was good, but cleanliness could be better. I paid close to 5k for 6 nights plus 400 for transaction insurance plus insurance on the cabin. Very expensive. I expected more. We will not stay at this cabin in the future

It was our first time to the area and we had a great time. The house was perfect for what we needed. Our kids are 19,21 and 23 and the sleeping arrangements were perfect and as described. The kitchen was a little small but that’s not a big deal. We made breakfast and then headed out for the day. Amy was very responsive to my questions and was helpful to point out some things to enjoy on our stay. I will say, for those that don’t know, be bear aware.
Our neighbors left on a Saturday morning and left all of their trash on the front porch. The neighborhood bear had a feast and came back regularly.
I would definitely come back and stay at the same place. Thanks Amy for sharing your cabin with our family.

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. Super clean with comfy beds in a nice quiet neighborhood only a few minutes uphill off a main road. Quick drive to many local restaurants and a bunch of options for hiking within a few minutes drive. The kitchen had all we needed from a crockpot to make dinner whike we spent the day in the park to making our cupcakes. Highly recommend for families looking to play games on a rainy day or enjoy the hot tub after a long hike. Owners very quick to respond to any questions.

This property had everything we were looking for. The cabin is laid out nicely to give everyone their own space. The game room was great for keeping kids and adults entertained. The host was quick and thorough in her communication. She offered suggestions for sites and restaurants that were a perfect fit for our family. We really enjoyed staying here. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The hot tub was nice, and we really enjoyed playing pool. My mom enjoyed the Pacman game. We had everything we needed to cook some meals and the owner was very responsive to some minor plumbing issues.

My daughter was being deployed and this was a last minute trip so I count myself lucky to have booked such a wonderful cabin. We had a blast at this cabin! The game room was one of the biggest hits, hot tub next and best of all it had 4 bedrooms each having a full bath. The only thing we missed was not having an outdoor fire pit but the game room made up for it.
Close to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and hiking trails. We love to do escape rooms and there were several in Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. The host responded to all my question promptly and offered some ideas where to go to eat and play. We did the Cades Cove loop and finally got to see a real live bear. We would definitely book this cabin again and recommend it to others. Thanks Amy for letting us make wonderful memories at your lovely cabin.

Wonderful location
We had an amazing time at Hawks Landing! 5 adults, 2 teen boys, 2 little girls and twin toddlers all enjoyed their stay at this adorable cabin. All of our needs were met and then some. The hot tub is brand new and so nice. The game room was awesome and the teen boys slept up there so we barely saw them the entire trip. Our two college age nieces and two young daughters opted to bunk together in the double queen room. And the two master bedrooms were both very spacious. We never even needed to use the pull out sofa. The location was so convenient, we could easily go to Gatlinburg in 5 minutes or be in Pigeon Forge in less than 15 minutes. We had the full Gatlinburg experience complete with black bear sightings.
