Get swept up in the relaxing beauty of Sun Swept, a gulf-front beach house located in Gulf Shores. The house was built with relaxation and convenience in mind. When you're in the living room, relax as you gaze onto your private pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Sit by the pool and relax to the rhythm of the waves rolling onto the shore. This gulf-front beauty was equipped with the finest of luxuries, including Toto toilets in the powder room and primary baths, memory foam mattresses, two full-sized stackable washers and dryers, Bose Bluetooth soundbars in the primary suite and living room, and stand-alone icemakers in the kitchen and in the living area upstairs. A mini-fridge is also available upstairs.
Inside, you can enjoy a spacious living room that overlooks the pool and the Gulf with plenty of comfortable seating and a flatscreen Smart TV on the wall (one of eight in the house). The roomy living and dining area opens onto a gourmet kitchen outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, two dishwashers, two refrigerators, and an island for extra meal prep space and seating. Six bedrooms, including three gulf-front primary suites, will comfortably accommodate everyone in your group. Four bedrooms face the gulf and three feature lagoon views. There are six-and-a-half baths, including two primary baths with jacuzzi tubs and separate showers. Outside, you will find a covered deck and a sundeck leading to a wooden walkway to the beach. An outdoor shower on the walkway helps keep the sand and salt at bay. A gas grill downstairs invites you to enjoy family cookouts as you listen to the sounds of the surf and the seagulls overhead. At Sun Swept, you'll find yourself swept up in a classic combination of luxury and coastal comfort.

This home was accommodating in every way! The attention to detail when planning this beach front home is just absolutely amazing. If ever available when we need we will be back!

The location is great. Drive from airport is slow because everyone is checking in on Saturdays.
Pros: location, enough room for our big family with private baths. Kitchen is well equipped. Beach is out the back door. Double washed & dryer and fridges were great. Nice big dining table and living room furnishings were comfortable. Good parking for 3 cars. Elevator was helpful.
Cons: only one living area and no quiet space to read or work other than bedroom. Pool is very small. Need trash cans in bathrooms. Only one kitchen towel. Limited bath towels so we had to wash daily. Porch lights blinking. Patio sliding doors are very hard to open, and tracks need to be cleaned out or adjusted. Could not use outdoor grill as it was gross and caught on fire when trying to use with grill mats. Pool turned our hair and bathing suit green after one use. Bed pillows were too big and firm causing neck ache. No beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys. King bed in east beach side (left of stairs) needs to be replaced. Son said it was like sleeping in hole. For the price I expected above average. Too many middle men I guess.

We love staying at this location. We have booked this house the past two years. Problems this time was with the televisions (it could have been user error) but the upstairs televisions would never connect correctly to the internet, so none of the "Smart tv" Apps would work. Also the kitchen sink was very slow to drain and the the last day would not drain at all. On arrival the back sliding door handles all came off, which the rental company did send someone to fix but no communication on arrival time. They had my number and said they would call to notify of time but I never received communication. None of these issues would cause us to not want to rebook; however, when looking at the price for the same week the following year the price doubled. Therefore causing us to book elsewhere.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for making breakfast and lunch at home. The beds were comfortable and the overall amenities of this home were amazing. My only complaints are the shower floors, while very beautiful, are very uncomfortable to stand on… they are pebble stones and I thought it was just me and my sensitive feet but everyone else mentioned it as well. The only other negative thing was that the handle on sliding glass door in the master bedroom broke shortly after our arrival. They did send someone to repair it the next day but with no warning of when they would be coming and the repair took over two hours. Also, pool maintenance showed up twice and we were kind of taken by surprise as we had no idea they were at the home until they were already at the back door. I think communication could’ve been better but other than that, we absolutely loved this house and the location was perfect. If you want to escape crowds, this is your place.

We love the this home for our large family. Every summer we spend a week at Gulf Shores with our daughter and son's families. This house is perfect for us. Plenty of room. Kitchen is well stocked and love having two refrigerators and two dishwashers. Our family stays at house and cooks all our meals in-house instead of going out for dinner. Also having two washers and dryers is very helpful for our family. We do have a couple suggestions: 1. have bed sheets that fit the kingsize beds. 2.Most important, the driveway is narrow. would love to see it widened.
We love being away from all the busy beach activities. Love the quietness.

We loved EVERYTHING about this place!!! I honestly don't know where to start. Everything was spot on. The view was breathtaking! None of us wanted to leave! All 10 of us had ample room and OMG the kitchen was fabulous! Would book again in a heartbeat!

The 6 bedrooms provided adequate space for all 11 of us to have privacy. Five of the bedrooms have a private bath. The spacious kitchen, living and dining area granted us space for family game time and being together- the main thing we always enjoy!

This house was such a great pick! Everything you need for a large family vacation is included. Double washers and dryers, double dishwashers, double fridges, all rooms with their own bathrooms, kitchen fully furnished with plenty of dishes and utensils. Super clean and well decorated! Nice quiet beach area and the pool is nice as well. Pool is not full size but definitely a plus! No issues at all! Would love to stay here again. Dianna with Vacasa was a pleasure to work with!!

Very beautiful home with pool on a not crowded beach. Home was roomy for our family reunion of 8 adults and 2 grandsons. The large doors facing the beach allows for a great look of the very nice white sand beach. The personal pool was enjoyed by all our kids, young and old. Home is well equipped with multi refs and ice makers as well as outdoor lawn chairs on each living level.
The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, drinking and eating items. You will just need to bring all supplements.
You will need to learn to use the elevator and the TVs if used. Elevator was great once understanding it’s operation. The TVs operations instructions were not found and required some learning curve to watch the NBA championship as well as the College World Series.
Communication were great via texts and emails..the VACASA site is not organized well but with several tries at different options all needed data can be found.

Our family loves this house. It meets all our needs including the elevator, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers and dryers. Plus love the pool, covered deck and boardwalk to beach. Your kitchen is well supplied for our family. We stay at house and eat all our meals there instead of going out to eat. Love it!

Perfect multi family home
Wow. Location was awesome. Great views everywhere. NEVER ran out of hot water!!! Washer/dryers upstairs AND down! Spacious, open, and uncluttered. Very little child proofing. Pool is unheated so the water was too cold, but grandma loved sitting on the pool deck which overlooks the beach. Very close to the beach and the board walk was perfect for strollers. Outdoor shower on the board walk was perfect for hosing off sand. VACASA responded to issues immediately. A perfect vacation! This well designed home set a new standard for our family. Highly recommend.

Pros and Cons
Cons.. no one travels today with hair dryers. Too heavy only 50 pound luggage limit. Property needs hair dryers in every bathroom. Not even one at this property. Pool not heated could not use it. Was listed as heated pool. Low water pressure in bedrooms. Only good pressure in kitchen. Pros. House location was perfect, loved the beach. Kitchen was spectacular. Well stocked. Elevator worked well, was so important for our group, all over 75. Management needs to lighten up on 4:00 check in. We had people driving in from all areas and really needed to get in and go grocery shopping not after dark .. Over All we enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend this listing.

The house was amazing, we loved the area it was located in, lots of privacy and peace & quiet. Loved the ramp to the beach, the outdoor furniture and deck/balcony areas. Kitchen/dining room area was great!
