The main living area is outfitted with a TV and two armchairs. Locally inspired artwork and plush seating invite you to unwind in the sunroom after a day of fun-filled adventures. Watch your favorite shows on the TV. Home chefs will be delighted to find a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Sprawling granite countertops provide ample preparation space and seating for four. When you’re ready to eat, the dining table seats six for your festive meals.
Find a private paradise in your own backyard! Towering cacti and vibrant flowers surround you in natural beauty, and the stunning views stretch all the way to the McDowell Mountains. Spend sunny afternoons splashing in the heated pool, then gather around the wood-burning firepit at night. The gazebo lounge is outfitted with a charcoal grill and a dining table for six. Complimentary WiFi, firewood, and a washer/dryer are provided. Your total includes all necessary utility fees during the summer months.
Your Fountain Hills rental delivers quiet privacy and a prime location for Arizona fun. Travel five miles to McDowell Mountain Regional Park to hike gorgeous trails. For additional hiking options, pay a visit to Usery Mountain Regional Park (26 miles) or Camelback Mountain (22 miles). THINGS TO KNOW
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
