Very nice and clean house. Location was perfect for playing Paynes valley golf and Big Cedar lodge area. Host was very responsive and helpful with suggestions. Overall great stay.

U52 was perfect for our family reunion of 18 people ranging in age from 10-73. There was plenty of room when we all wanted to be together, and lots of spaces when anyone or small groups wanted some more private time. From the initial reservation through checkout, the owner/hosts were extremely responsive and efficient. The home was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with all we needed. The on-site amenities were wonderful, and proximity to area attractions was excellent. The cost was reasonable as well. We could not have made a better choice for the HaVaLeGaWo Extravaganza 2024!

I was able to host my birthday party here, and even with the cold conditions it was so wonderful to stay there. Very cozy, many accommodations, so much provided. We felt right at home. It was such a good location to host our mystery party. Absolutely lovely. Recommend 100%.

Great time with our family of 18. Each adult couple had their own bedroom/bathroom, which they appreciated. Had 6 grandsons (ages 6-11)in one bunk room, &3 granddaughters (ages 6-11) in basement bunk room. They loved the arcade game. Wonderful to have 2 full size fridges for our use. Stayed 3 nights and ate every meal there! Large dining space! Kids had their own New Years Eve dance party in the living room, as we watched from the dining area/kitchen.Such a fun time! ❤️ Dining table is great for a game of spoons and chairs were super comfortable! Great time!

Very clean and roomy. Comfortable beds and pillows! The only complaint would be parking. The spots are not numbered and we had neighbors that took the ones in front of our place. Not a huge deal at all just a bit annoying. Lol. But overall the entire group had a blast and loved where we stayed!

This property was very convenient for our combined wedding/family vacation. The home is spacious enough for groups to congregate and yet be separate from other groups, yet functional in that the whole family could gather for meals. We explored all of the Branson and surrounding sights that we could manage in two weeks, and had a great time. The lodge was super comfortable, and the added games were a big hit for the kids and adult kids. U52 - Thank you!!

We had an incredible stay at this lovely home near Branson, Missouri! The neighborhood pool with the exhilarating tunnel slide was an absolute hit with the kids, providing hours of joy and laughter. The thoughtful inclusion of kids' books, Xbox, and arcade games kept everyone entertained even during downtime. The beautiful outdoor space was perfect for family gatherings and BBQs, while the ping pong table added an extra layer of friendly competition. The nearby neighborhood playground was a delightful bonus for the kids to burn off energy. The great air conditioning was a savior during the hot summer days, ensuring everyone stayed comfortable. Additionally, the abundance of space and number of bathrooms provided privacy and convenience for our entire group. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way, making our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a fantastic and enjoyable getaway near Branson!

This house was wonderful for our family of 19. There were two bunk rooms that the teenagers shared. The kitchen was fully stocked, water pressure in the wonderful showers was great The pool and lake were an added bonus. This house is in the perfect location. Easy to get to any of the attractions but away from the busyness. The owners were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.

We were unaware of the property before we rented it, but the pictures were very accurate. We felt like we had already been there and even planned our weekend around the features of the house. It was better than we expected! I took my 3 kids and their spouses, all of my grandchildren(9 of them) and my 79 year old mother. Everyone had a place to sleep and we all ate together. The house had lots of entertainment options for all ages and the space and accommodations were very efficiently arranged. We loved the house and would rent again.

Our company rented this property for an offsite meeting. Location was perfect for our event. House was exactly what we were expecting. Lots of space to spread out, large bedrooms and having 7 bathrooms was great. Arcade was a nice touch for downtime. Everything was stocked and the place was CLEAN !!! Property manager was great to work with. We are already planning our next trip!

Stayed with our volleyball team for a tournament at the College of the Ozarks. The house was exactly as described and served our purposes perfectly. Lots of little things, like the bluetooth speakers for each floor and everything we needed to cook meals, that made it a great stay. Thanks!

Our family stayed for 5 days and it was great. The location is perfect to State Park Marina. The pool and splash pad were fun for kids of varying ages. The house was clean and well maintained. Everyone was comfortable and had their own personal space. The owners were wonderful to work with. We plan to stay again next year.

This house was wonderful for a family trip. Two bunk rooms and fully stocked kitchen. Air conditioning was cold, and great water pressure in the showers. The kids enjoyed the pool. Close to Silver Dollar City. Host was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

Stayed here 6/25/22-6/30/22 with the whole family and had a great time. This was our first family vacation all under one roof so I was a bit nervous about everyone getting along. But this house had enough room and activities for everyone and nothing ever seemed cramped at all. We had a very good stay and hope to be back again.

Beautiful new build near the state park trails, the dam and the marina. The home is well stock with all the normal supplies you need for a large family gathering. Plenty of games (inside and outside) for adults and kids. The manager was great and very responsive to any texting.
