This beautifully decorated home sits directly on the white sands of Dauphin Island in Alabama, so you will have no shortage of dreamy beach days on this vacation. The open layout will make entertaining a breeze, as everyone can spread out in the living area. The group's chef takes advantage of the modern appliances and cookware provided in the full kitchen. When you want a bit of fresh air, the deck will be just the place to take in the island scenery while soaking in the outdoor hot tub or warming by the firepit on the balcony. Or, take a walk on the beach mere steps away to watch the sunset.

When it is time to settle down, each bedroom boasts its own attached bathroom!

Whether you have come for endless beach days or simply want to get some quality time with loved ones, Ricky MOS' Island Oasis is waiting to assist in making the best memories!

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

This house was so spacious! The only downside was that the mosquitos were HORRIBLE. We could barely spend time outside of the house. I would suggest cutting the tall grass behind the house as I think it would help some, and pay to have someone come spray the property! But the house was overall cleanly and we truly enjoyed our stay on the island.

Yes. The thermostat was an issue from the moment we got to the house. It was being controlled by someone else and we could not adjust to the temp we wanted. When you are paying to stay somewhere that should be in your control. We chose this house because of the hot tub and it was sandy and not working. We had a tech come fox it but the chlorine was so strong that the kids all got rashes

You won’t be disappointed staying at this home. The hot tub fit 6 adults comfortably and the house has comfortable clean beds lots of them. I read another review where it said the hot tub did not work but it could have been operator error. We accidentally pushed a button that made us think it was broken too but you tube saved the day. We contacted Vacasa and they sent someone out but we had already fixed our error. Fast response from the Vacasa team though. The back porch where the hot tub was had lots of room and I can only imagine how fun it would be to be there during the summer. They had clean towels, lots of dishes and pans, coffee pot don’t forget your filters and coffee! So much more but don’t hesitate to book this rental because you won’t be disappointed!!! Thank you for the great stay and we look forward to booking with you again.

If you try to ask questions before your trip be aware that you will talk to a different agent each message sent. I explained that we had a comfort pet for anxiety because I was under the impression that it was free for mental health purposes through VRBO. Vacasa charges —- a night extra for a pet so we didn’t bring our pet. Also this booking cost us over @&$ a night bc of &&&& fees for random things and a @@@@ cleaning fee. When asked about Christmas decorations I was told that if we left anything they would fine us another crazy amount for them to clean it up and that we were not allowed to have a party. When I had already explained this was a family gathering with grandchildren and their grandparents. While there are a lot of beds and vast space the entire rental was ruined by poor business model concerning communication before we even arrived. Beaches were nice except for oil rigs in eye line. Couch in living room was terrible. It is not attached it’s very uncomfortable. Mold in upstairs closet on ceiling, holes in walls, paint chipping everywhere. Needs a lot of small things fixed for a @@@@ a night rental. They would not submit my review bc I named actual charges lol so I took them out

To say this house is "roomy" is an understatement, it is massive and accommodating. The bathroom in the master bedroom is the size of most New York apartments. The kitchen offers plenty of space to cook and entertain. The family room offers a sectional sofa, along with big sliding doors that bring in the light. There are three decks to give you a view of the Dauphin Island bridge, and all of the ship traffic in and out of the port. Bring the family and enjoy!!

Such a beautiful home with close proximity to the bay and a short walk or drive to the public beach. I was able to cook meals while enjoying the most beautiful view. Nature lovers will love this location! The house was clean and inviting. The hot tub was not as private as I would have liked; as the neighbors porch overlooks the tub. Thank you for hosting me!

The location on the bay is beautiful. The house is very spacious. When we arrived the air on the main floor wasn't working but Theresa with Vacasa on Dauphin Island got someone out there while we were at dinner and had it fixed. She was so nice and easy to deal with. The house could use some TLC, needs a new coffee pot and the house was not clean at all BUT still a great place to stay.

House is in a great location and huge. Home could use a lot of handyman service. The decks and stairs are split with nails and screws sticking up. Stair railing is loose on decks. Dishwasher needs repaired. Hot tub didn't heat. Wifi didn't work. Washer and dryer is very small for a house that sleeps 20?
