Our space was design to make you feel like you are home away from home. The design elements in both living areas and bedroom were thought out so our guest feel comfortable and just, AT HOME!!!. one parking its include , and extra would be avaialbe with and extra fee!! amazing common areas to take a breath and enjoy your stay in Miami.
*Other details to know :
The reserve include (2) access card and (1) parking decal .(one parking spot include)
For registration purposes, guest MUST provide the ID for EACH adult that will be staying in the unit and 2 emails to receive the confirmation and instruction from the building.
*Master suite with king size bed, complete bathroom.
*Guest beedrom with 2 full side bed. *Sofa bed in living room (when opened it has a size similar to queen size bed)
*Fully equipped kitchen as seen in pictures, dryer, washing and dishwasher in unit.
Max capacity up to 8 adults
*IMPORTANT TO KNOW*
Additional Services included:
*Basic Cable (live tv ) & Internet
*White clothes and 4-6 towels
*1 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
*1 roll of kitchen paper
*1 Soap for the dishwasher (small sample)
*1 Dish soap (small Sample )
*1 hand soap per bathroom (small sample)

Daily cleaning (ask for service)
Change of linen (ask for service)
Pet fee of $250 would be applicable
*Pet restriction in this community is that of ONLY one Domesticated Pet (dog- Cat) Per unit and not weighing more than 20 Lbs. at maturity.
• All pets are to be registered in the Association. Bring the pet and nvaccination record when registering.
* 🎈 a MANDATORY rush fee of $100 will be applicable for booking with a check in less than 72 hour . Or if guest failed to provide the information with 72 hours prior the arrival
* No pet fee for Service dog but must provide proof of it to present it at the association .
