This stunning six-bedroom, five and a half-bath vacation home is located in the beautiful Providence Golf Community Resort! As soon as you enter this home, you will find a spacious floor plan that is sure to delight during your trip! The location of the villa is located in a perfect area, located a short drive away from Walt Disney World and the surrounding area attractions, such as SeaWorld, Universal Orlando, and Legoland! Located right off of I-4 and Ronald Reagan Parkway, you will find easy access to shops, restaurants, and on-site, world class golf.
This luxurious home offers two full living areas downstairs, with a large cable TV to enjoy together with your family. Throughout the home, you will find plush mattresses for a perfect nights sleep, a game room stocked with a pool table and foosball table for some friendly competition, and TVs throughout the home for everyone to enjoy. With a fully stocked kitchen, you will be able to cook meals for your entire family without hassle. Also downstairs, you'll find the master ensuite, beautifully decorated with a garden tub to enjoy and soak the day away.

* Starting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 , Each short-term rental visitors will receive one (1) complimentary usage of pool & gym during their stay. After that Providence will be charging each short-term rental guest (per person) $10.00 per day, or $40.00 per week to use the Association’s common area recreational facilities (Community Pool and Gym). That fee should be paid at the Clubhouse Front Desk in the time of using the amenities. There will be no cost to use the playground & tennis court and any kids under the age of 16 will be exempt from paying this fee

We rent a house from Florida Spirit every year This house has the best beds we have had in a rental. You will definitely sleep well. Problem with these rentals are pool heat only 8:00 am to 8:00 pm (while we are at the parks so the hot tub is absolutely useless in the winter months. It wont get warm at all. No point in paying extra for a rental property with hit tub unless it is summer or spring. So if you rent in summer or spring this is a great house with plenty of room and bathrooms. Another problem is location. You are looking at at least an hour traffic jam every day to get to Disney.

House was very spacious and loved having the extra room. Spa didn’t work for the first 2 days but management got it fixed and it was great for the rest of our stay. House had minimal kitchen supplies so could use some additions there. Loved having neighbors on only one side.

We are a family of 10--needing 6 bedrooms, many bathrooms and a pool. We rented from this company before and everything was fantastic. Unfortunately we found many shortcomings.The garbage cans for the house were still filled from the last renters. The games room was not clean--unlevel pool table & pool sticks we fixed with glue. One bedroom was not usable with 2 broken beds and a note they would not be fixed while we were there.Kitchen was not well supplied-un-usable fry pans chipped dishes-broken chairs. Laundry room was hot and lint everywhere. We found disconnected dryer hose. Also found the air filters looked like they were never changed. WE changed them ourselves. The trim etc was quite bad with dirt the corners. No need to say more.Someone decided to refund us $168. WowWE were here for a family vacation and we had a great time. Unfortunately we will no longer be recommending Florida Spirit. All they had to do was stop by and see us.

We were two families travelling travelling to the area for a Christmas vacation. House was great as we were wanting to split days between the parks and other activities so the location was good. Pmayed a couple of rounds of golf on the estate course and they were extremely welcoming. House was clean and as described, it had everything needed for the house. If being overly critical I would have liked specific pool towels provided for guests as well as bath towels. Management company was great, we had a minor issue getting into the home but they resolved it quickly once we had notified them

As per the reviews I read most are accurate.
The place does get hot in the bedrooms if the door don't stay open. Needs to have enough silverware and updated cookware for a party of 12 if that's how many it say it sleeps. Furniture needs a major update its cheap and you feel like you will break it. There was one decent couch in the dining area. I wish the pool heat could be turned off on hot days. we were able to use it for the first 4 but the last 3 it was way to hot with Temps in the 80s. We loved the pool and hot tub otherwise. Best part of the stay. Garage area was smelly and pool table is cheap Foosball table was ok. I loved that everyone had a bathroom the place was very big and we had no problems with all of us. I would definitely stay here again but not sure during the hot season because the ac temp is not to be set below 74 and with the open space it is hard to cool. Maybe someone else can comment on that.

This home had 6 beds and baths. We used 5. There was a repair notice on the 6th bedroom for a broken bed that did not get repaired. There were several items not in the home that we had to pick up like hot pads, dish clothes.... There were a lot of dead bugs on the floor when we arrived. It was in a good location and it did accomodate our family well. Worth the price.

When looking at the listing, we were excited. However, upon arrival, there were some serious problems. Upon arrival, we tried making coffee but the coffee maker was broken and so was the toaster. We contacted Florida resorts and it took them five days to only bring a coffee maker replacement. They didn’t even bother bringing the other items. The toilet seat in one of the rooms was completely broken as well. The pots had no lids and they were unusable. The bed in the master bedroom is also so squeaky to the point that any sudden movement causes a loud squeak to be heard from the kitchen. The sheets as well were old and had hard like ball shape stumps that made it nearly impossible to sleep on. The chair in the kitchen was also on its last legs. If someone was to sit in it, it would collapse. The beds upstairs also are on the verge of breaking. If looked at, you could clearly see that they are bent. Also, the trash was not cleared from the previous renters. When we opened the trash can to throw out our own trash, we found worms and the trash can was filled to the brim.

The house was plenty big enough for our group. The negatives-- the upstairs/ stair carpet had lots of stains. The downstairs master bed creeked and croaked with every move. The dining furniture seemed very flimsy like it was about to break .There were no pot holders/ kitchen wash cloths, maybe cleaning crew forgot to leave some bc there were also only about 3 washcloths in whole house. We noticed lots of lint on towels that were left and then when we used dryer there was lint everywhere even after cleaning lint trap and it took at least 3 cycles to dry clothes. The location wasnt terrible but wasnt as easy to get on I4 as other houses we stayed at. There was no toaster in the kitchen ( bagels make a cheap and easy breakfast) and only 2 frying pans one was severely scratched same thing with pots all scratched up and coating coming off that you don't want to ingest.

Pool was clean and temperature of the pool was great. House is located on a pond so we had a gator friend that made for a great view. All in all the house was fine! Would not recommend
Home was dirty and unsafe. My family and I kept stepping on exposed nails from the carpet and there was a lot of paint cans in the game room on the floor where kids could get into them. Sheets were not cleaned and downstairs bed was broken. The house had lots of stains on the carpet and scuffs/dirt on the walls. Also, house is to be kept at unbearable temperature without any ceiling fans. Worst experience with a house ever. I would not recommend staying there if you have small children. I would also suggest wearing shoes at all time in the house. The location was great and the bathrooms were cleaned but that was the only good thing about the property.

Quiet place, but close enough to Disney!!
What a beautiful place to stay! Everything was in great shape. There were 2 issues we had. there could've have been stocked with a few more towels and kitchen amenities. But, it wouldn't stop us from renting the home again. Also: one other thing. Just be aware, there is NO parking aloud on the street overnight. Only 2 vehicles can fit in the driveway. You have to take your other cars, if you have more than 2, over to a Publix or Wal-Mart each night.

My son cut his foot on the tac strip, the outlet cover in the kitchen was cracked off and my 18 month old tried to stick his finger in. The carpets had to be washed after we complained and the strip was fixed and we couldn’t sit on one side of the couch as it was broken. We only received one of the refunds we were told we would get. The house has potential but the overall neglect was obvious.
