Private Waterfront Home is a beautiful home located on the North Fork of Long Island, it has a Master bedroom with a queen and bath, a second bedroom with a double bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. This lovely home also features waterfront views, a spacious deck, a BBQ grill, a private dock for a 25-foot boat, kayaks, local rental, a walk to restaurants, and the town of Southold, near Greenport, Shelter Island! Enjoy incredible views and relax in privacy!

This home also has a full kitchen, yard, laundry room, garage, TV with cable, central air, pet friendly, and multiple seating areas! Go for a swim or kayak, or take a break from working or distance learning! High-speed free WIFI for remote work and schooling. Relax on the spacious backyard deck or grill on the Weber! After dinner, take an outdoor shower!

Close to the quaint sailing village of Greenport. The North Fork boasts wonderful local vineyards. Sleep on new comfy mattresses with central air. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

A very quiet neighborhood which is great The house needs updating fortunately the property manager Debbie was wonderful as it was in the middle of the heat wave and the air conditioning was not working and got it fixed very quickly Wi-Fi is good. Verizon cell phone spotty The house is basic but certainly works worth of money and worth your time it's a nice oasis and accepts dogs

The direct access to the water and the expansive, shady lawn are truly unmatched. The children delighted in running and playing freely. The house was sufficiently clean and well-equipped. The host was both helpful and pleasant. Minor imperfections did not detract from the overall excellent experience.

Lovely home set right off the water with a sprawling yard. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side but the town had so many wonderful shops and amazing places to eat that we didn’t miss a beat. The house was clean and comfortable set in a beautiful neighborhood .

The private back yard was great for games and the kayaks provided made for enjoyable outings on the Creek. The deck was lovely for a morning coffee while bird watching and evening barbeques. Within easy driving distance there are lots of farm stands, wineries, and restaurants. Our family (including our dog) thoroughly enjoyed it.

Wonderful waterfront getaway

Wonderful waterfront getaway

My wife and 3 elderly family members spent a week here to enjoy Long Island. We found the house clean, with plenty of towels and sheets. There was plenty of space for our belongings. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were well equipped. The living room furniture is comfortable and the dining room table, where we spent most of our time, is perfect for meal and game time. You can't beat the backyard view! We spent as much time out there as possible. The deck had plenty of seating. The dock, kayaks, and PFDs were much enjoyed. The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable - neighbors are super friendly. The only thing to be aware of is that the window screens have holes in them or aren't tightly fitted so there are lots of cobwebs in the windows and bugs got in. Thankfully, the central A/C worked well, so we just went with that option to stay cool. The renter was easy to get hold of when we had questions. Overall, this was one of our favorite Long Island stays and we would definitely consider it in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I'm hesitant to say how much we loved our time at this home because I want to keep it a secret so it's always available for us! The backyard is perfect - bring your kayaks or paddleboard and travel over to Goose Creek Bridge or jump in the car to visit the many vineyards in the area. Virginia and Debbie made the process very easy! We rent homes very often, and. I was very impressed with the little touches like the included toiletries and loads of beach supplies. Looking forward to returning soon!
