Location! Location! Location! This vacation getaway is ideal for couples, or a nice family getaway. Walking distance to Snow Summit Ski resort and only a few minutes to the Village, Lake, Hiking trails, local restaurants and shopping.

Complete Amenities
This welcoming home features a lovely gas stone fireplace with ceramic logs in the living room with open-beam construction and a flat screen TV with cable for everyone to enjoy. This home is nestled in a wooded lot with a large front yard and beautiful fully fenced backyard which offers room for pets under 60 lbs, as well as a large deck and natural gas BBQ; plus an outdoor homemade large checker board. Walking distance to Snow Summit or go two houses up to the corner of Summit and have the ski shuttle pick you up. Either way skiing is just around the corner. It has the conveniences of a dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, washer and dryer, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that opens to the kitchen and living room so everyone can be together. There is a loft/game room upstairs with a futon sleeper and foosball table, and in the garage there is a ping pong table. When you're not out and about skiing, hiking, boating or shopping, keep in touch with the High Speed Wireless Internet Access.

You will love the beautiful Primary suite located upstairs, which offers a king-size bed, wood burning stove (uses stove sized wood), kitchenette, flat screen TV with cable, sitting area with sofa and a beautiful full size master bathroom with jetted tub and dual vanity. There is a 2nd bedroom located on the main floor which includes a queen bed and a private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located upstairs, the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is a shared full bathroom for these two rooms. The loft/game room is also located upstairs and has a full futon sleeper and foosball table. There is plenty of sleeping for 10.

Private Deck
The back yard is fully fenced and there is a very private deck with patio furniture and full of trees to give you that true mountain feeling. It's the perfect place for the family or friends to enjoy a BBQ or just relax after a day of adventure.

Washer and Dryer
You will certainly enjoy the convenience of a full size washer and dryer. We provide the laundry detergent.

Pet Friendly - Under 60 lbs!
Bring the family dog. You will certainly enjoy the fully fenced backyard for your loving pet. There is also a dog crate in the kitchen pantry if needed. Please do not leave your pet unattended during your stay.

4 Car Parking
There is level parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. No garage parking! There is garage access, but the owner does not allow parking in garage due to the ping pong table. Enjoy playing Ping Pong and Air Hockey in the garage with its own furnace for your convenience!

Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.

Our only issue was I hope a temporary one because I understand the phone system was updated so the phone number to the property manager was not working I called multiple times about a chirping fire alarm and the call wouldn’t go through but when I texted them a very nice gentleman showed up in no time at all to help us with it. I also received emails and text messages from the manager saying I hadn’t paid my bill in full prior to our visit when in fact I had but they were doing something with the system and my information was lost. As far as the house and it’s amenities and location we couldn’t be happier!! There was even a Christmas tree in our bedroom as well as downstairs in the living room!

The house was very, very nice!. Well maintained and a perfect location. Close to everything, especially if you are a skier. The house layout is great! Very comfortable. Bedrooms on three different levels, gives privacy to all and is perfect for multi generational groups. Plenty of bathrooms. One of the best things was the garage! Ping pong, fooz ball, air hockey tables, card table, tv, music, plenty of heat. It was beautifully clean looked new. Great spot to escape to and have fun for everyone. We certainly plan to revisit this lovely house! Thanks!

Perfect location near the entrance to Summit mountain and close to stores, restaurants and the village. The house was perfect size for our family and we loved all the games and game tables. I would definitely rent this house again.

This was a great rental property walking distance to snow summit. No issues with property and fit our family just fine. Only issue we had was we didn’t know you have to buy snow board passes prior and ended up renting snow boards and gear and had to return it because there were no passes available for the weekend, only to get a rain check good till the end of the year. We will be back!

The property was very clean. They had a ping pong table, foosball table and air hockey table and Wifi was very reliable. They also had spectrum, netflix and all amenities. Short 3min drive to trash site #1 location and restaurants. Property was very spacious. Master bedroom is amazing.

This property was wonderful for a long weekend away from our "bubble" in San Diego. There were so many places to explore/hang out all while feeling very homey/cozy. This property would be IDEAL in the winter/snow months as it is basically at the base/entrance of Snow Summit. We will definitely be back!
