This was a great place to stay for our weekend of watching the Reds play. There were four of us on this trip and it was perfect. I liked that there was a grocery store in walking distance as well as local stores and pubs.

The stay was very nice, only complaints would be the bathroom had a weird mildew smell and the bathroom sink drained VERY slow, almost like it has a clog. Other than that, wonderful place! Love that the market is right next door as well as a family dollar and dominos. 5 minutes from downtown Cincinnati as well!

We loved staying here for an event just over the bridge in Cincinnati. It is clean, in a safe neighborhood, and steps from a marketplace. The little village also has nice restaurants. The beds were all very comfortable, the front porch was nice to sit out on, surrounded by beautiful forestry, and Clean with all the amenities you will need. Highly recommend.

My husband and I decided to stay here for the weekend MLB season opener. We found it a great location and easy travel to Cincy. We would stay at the property again. It was the perfect size for the two of us. We liked having the privacy of a little house rather than spending the week in a motel. We also liked the convenience of private parking in the back of the residence rather than fighting for street parking. We had a few small negatives that did not damper our stay. First, we checked in on Wednesday afternoon and I assume the people who rented before us left fairly recently. The two rollaway dumpsters were full. I am uncertain if the trash did not get pushed out to the curb for that week's pickup or if the previous renters had that much trash but it was hard to fit our small amount of trash in the bins before we checked out. The house did smell a little bit like marijuana when we checked in, but I left the doors open for a little bit and it aired out quickly. Also, the property is adjacent to a gas station/convenience store. The noise could be a bit annoying early in the AM.

Older home with modern chic decor in a quiet neighborhood. Great location just a 10 minute drive to downtown Cincinnati that has free parking as well as convenient access to local grocery store. The home is dated and nothing fancy but serves its purpose as 2 bedroom stay with kitchen and living room amenities with one huge drawback…RATS. Upon returning to the home after being out all day we were met with scurrying rats through the living room and kitchen. Rat droppings were found IN THE BED SHEETS we slept in, they had eaten through a sealed snack bag of granola bars and left more droppings only later to be found in between clean clothes in the bottom of a backpack. If you are comfortable sharing this home and your food with rats and the health risks they impose it would be a great rental for your stay. Keep in mind Evolve will be useless in your concerns as they believe a home with an active rat problem and droppings in your belongings is acceptable and feels $87 compensation with no offer to relocate you is more than “fair”. If you value your families health stay far away from this company and rental

The house is quaint and exactly as described. It for our needs just fine. I would stay there again. The neighborhood seemed safe and I didn't worry about my vehicle parked in the back yard (instead of on the street).

We enjoyed the proximity to Cincinnati, ate mostly in nearby Covington. The house was small and older but clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed. It was a bit noisy with a convenience store beside the house and others parking on the street out front. The house had its own parking behind the house. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed watching movies on Netflix at night. I would recommend the house to my friends with the message that it is a bit noisy.

Jo the guest support specialist was amazing. Welcomed us and was quick to respond to text messages. The Evolve customer service team at 3 am when I couldn't find my check in email was patient and helpful. Cute 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Washer and dryer for laundry if needed. Gas station and convenient store as well as Domino's pizza all close. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and viewing the river. It was perfect for us for the New Year weekend. We had some issues that were immediately addressed and we would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I were in the area to visit the Noah’s Ark exhibit and Creation Museum. This home was only a few miles from the CVG airport and midway between the two destinations we were interested in. Grocery store and gas station right next door. It is an older home but has been fixed up nicely. Road noise was not offensive. If we come back to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Such a cute house! Perfect size for my husband, our dog, and I. While the house is surrounded by unappealing houses, it sticks out and is directly next to a family dollar and gas station/grocery. Close to downtown Cincy and Covington.

Wonderful vacation

This place was perfect. It was within a stones throw from my cousins and sister. The accommodations were cozy and oddly quiet considering it’s right next to a gas station. We enjoy the convenience of the MarketPlace and my grandson loved the Family Dollar and Domino’s. Jennifer is a superb host and was very accommodating. We had a hard time saying goodbye. Well-appointed and conveniently located

The house was easy to find and was conveniently located next to a gas station, small grocery, Family Dollar and Dominoes--a tall fence separates the house from these businesses. We had concerns that there would be noise from the businesses, but we weren't at all bothered by any noise, and it was very nice to just walk over and pick up a few groceries. We cooked a lot, and, although small, the kitchen was set up well and was very well-appointed. There were lots more dishes and utensils than I usually expect from a rental. I was particularly happy to see ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and the bathroom was large and provided shampoo, body wash, etc. The off-street parking was nice. The house was spotlessly clean and provided all that we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again.
