Villa Sky Blue - Luxurious ocean view villa where you will see all the hues of the blue sky and ocean. A wonderful, five-bedroom 5.5-bathroom villa located in the exclusive gated community of Dawn Beach Estates on St. Maarten.

The villa’s two-level space, rooms, terrace area, and private pool join together in a flowing space. The exquisite use of textures and color creates a perfect mix of modern and Caribbean chic styles.

The main level offers spacious, open-concept living and dining areas which are elegantly furnished. The indoor dining area offers seating for up to eight persons. The living area offers a spacious area for family and friends with comfortable seating that faces a large flat-screen television with Cable TV. There is a DVD/CD player, iPod Dock & surround sound system for your enjoyment.

The very impressive gourmet kitchen is a dream for those of you who love to cook. The kitchen features granite countertops, modern state-of-the-art deluxe stainless steel appliances, a large wine cooler, place settings, silverware, and accessories, and fully equipped for you to make that gourmet meal.

Large sliding glass doors open onto the outdoor terrace area with an infinity pool where you may enjoy the wonderful views and gentle trade winds. By the pool area, there are comfortable seating areas under the covered terrace areas and lounge chairs for you to bask in the Caribbean Sun.

The villa features 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two large bedrooms are located at the entry-level, same level as the living room, pool, and kitchen areas. The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level of the villa. A large covered terrace is located in front of all bedrooms for outdoor relaxing. The 5th bedroom is located on the lower level of the villa.

The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, flat screen Cable TV, walk-in closet, personal safe, and en-suite bathroom with stone tub, double sinks, bidet, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, closet space, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

From within the villa, on the lower level, there are two additional bedrooms. Bedroom three offers a king-size bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom four offers a king-size bed, closet space, and en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom five offers an ocean view, opens onto the lower terrace, king bed, air conditioning, closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower.
