As you enter through the gated front patio courtyard, you'll find multiple sitting areas, a fire pit, and Adirondack chairs, inviting you to relax and unwind. The brand new high-end furnishings throughout the home exude elegance and sophistication, while the open concept allows you to access the billiards/game room, formal dining room, living room or gourmet kitchen.
For the chef in your group, you'll love the oversized, fully updated kitchen complete with quartz counters, white cabinets, subway tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and island seating for four. The cozy breakfast nook, surrounded by windows, provides additional seating.
The chic, modern living room is the perfect place to relax with its amazing green velvet sofa, leather accent chairs, custom fireplace, and 60" Smart TV. Across the entry, enjoy a game of billiards on our brand new pool table, with plenty of seating and another big screen Smart TV.
All four bedrooms are located along the west halls, with the amazing master suite taking center stage. Cozy up in the King canopy bed or relax on the sofa and take in the sunshine from the huge windows overlooking the patio/pool. The en-suite bathroom features an oversized soaking tub, tile/glass shower, dual sink vanity, and his & hers walk-ins. The three guest suites include two with queen beds and one with two full beds, all with brand new bedding, linens, furniture decor and more.
But that's not all! The ultra-private backyard oasis is the highlight of this amazing home. This home features a private, heated swimming pool available for your enjoyment at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity; however, it may be inconsistent, especially during colder winter months. The pool typically warms well during the day, but nighttime temperatures can decrease due to natural cooling and ambient outdoor conditions.
Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
