About this house rental

Extraordinary architecture meets the tropical outdoors of South Florida! This 2,500 sq ft vacation home has a spacious open living, kitchen and dining area with lots of natural light, pool, and backyard views. It is equipped with a smart TV, modern eclectic art, dining for six with an open airy kitchen/breakfast bar, wine refrigerator, modern kitchen gadgets and appliances. The master California king suite has a smart tv, desk, sitting area with large closet space and a luxurious ensuite with double walk-in rain showers, a stand-alone sunken tub and double vanity. There is also access to an outdoor shower and pool. The guest California king suite has a sitting area, closet, its own kitchenette and entrance. The ensuite also has a walk-in rain shower with pool access. If you must work while on vacation there is an open office with pool views, comfy sofa, smart tv and can be closed off for privacy.

Outdoors, a tropical private oasis awaits. Spend the day or evening lounging poolside in the heated saltwater pool with water features. The pool area gets full sun. Grill in the outdoor kitchen where there is bar seating great for conversing or entertaining. There is outdoor dining for six.

All of these contemporary and modern features make this home away from home a true Modern Paradise waiting to be found!!!

My boyfriend and I decided on a quick trip before the holiday season and found this beautiful property was available. The home was as the photos showed, if not better. They thought of everything with this home! Kitchen was well stocked and had all items needed to cook, rooms were spacious and furniture comfortable! We happened to be there during torrential rainstorm but made the best of it. The back yard does not have any type of porch/cover so exposed to the elements which appears beautiful, but cannot sit out back when some rain came in. We did get to enjoy the front patio area during some of the weather as was somewhat hidden behind landscaping so it didn't feel like you were in the front yard. Great trip and will definitely stay again.

First impressions when I arrived at the property was that it was more stunning in person than the photos I would look at online. Every minute spent there was relaxing from inside the house to outside by the pool and it's surroundings. House was well thought out in every detail. Hope to go back there when it's available.

From the integrated full house Sonos system to the relaxing pool and patio area, this property is perfect. Just left Modern Paradise after a 3 week stay. We stayed in this same fabulous home for a month last year. It is an absolutely wonderful home. The pictures are exactly what you get. Beautifully maintained and furnished. Everything you will need for a great vacation. Nicely appointed from the kitchen utensils, linens, pool floats, beach chairs, etc. Everything has been thought of and included. You can not go wrong! David and Steve from Fort Lauderdale Stays are very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Enjoy your stay at Modern Paradise!! I'm jealous already. :)

Kitchen was well stocked including a good assortment of dried spices. I could knit pick a few items but it was a much better property overall than last place we rented so not worth mentioning. We would rent this property or any other property managed by Fort Lauderdale Stays again.

The home is simply stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. This is our 2nd time renting this place. It appears to be brand new. Huge rooms, very contemporary, soaring ceilings, open floor plan w/ giant island overlooking a gorgeous pool and grounds. Indoor kitchen fully stocked with any pots, pans, utensils, etc, you need to cook. There’s even an outdoor kitchen w/ granite counters, island and wet bar. Primary Suite and bath are huge. The place was spotless. The general manager was extremely responsive if we had question. Great location. Easy walk to Wilton Drive with all the bars and restaurants. We really didn’t need a car except we were visiting family in Miami. We’ll be back next year.

Absolute perfection and a stunning home away from home. From the pool to the gourmet kitchen to the spa like bathrooms, the home had everything we needed to make our month long stay so wonderful. Stunning doesn't describe this house high enough. There is a lot to do in Ft Lauderdale but you could simply stay here and enjoy all the amenities. The pictures , as nice as they are, don't do this place justice. Next time we come to Ft Lauderdale we hope the house is available.
