Apt is very clean and nicely located. The property admin team was professional and courteous. The only and major issue was the noise coming from the apt above. There was a lot of shouting, jumping, … even at the middle of night. Also, not have a fixed parking spot was a challenge that we had to deal almost everyday.

The noise of the people in the unit above #1049 was unbearable. I don't think they were being loud on purpose but I could hear every step they took, their TV, them on the phone and their dog barking. They moved me to anther unit upstairs. It was bad too with the people above me. I just tolerated it. When I called the first time to complain got a really rude woman named Joyce. Had to ask for a supervisor who listened and offered the second floor unit.

Clean, updated and modern. Plenty of room for two people. Easy to communicate with management and they were pleasant enough. There were more required communication steps, actions and penalty warnings than I am used to. Not a fan of emailing or texting a driver’s license photo since those are not secure transmission methods. So, I found a more secure way to send it. Overall, it was a nice place to stay even with the slightly overzealous check-in check-out processes. No regrets.

This was an amazing get away. From the communication to the property to the actual apartment I could not be more satisfied. I’m looking to come back to this property as soon and availability opens back up in August.
