This coastal "pup-friendly" duplex is all about comfort and enjoyment of Surfside's beautiful beach and carefree island lifestyle! This beach pad is perfect for a romantic extended weekend getaway or a small family vacation in the sand, surf and sun.

The Space:
FEATURES/AMENITIES: AC, ceiling fans throughout inside, TV, complimentary high-speed Internet/WIFI, laptop friendly, guest comforts of home welcome kit, all kitchen appliances plus washer and dryer, walking distance to restaurants/bar & grills

SLEEP/BATH CONFIGURATION: (sleeps 6 Guests comfortably), will allow up to 8)
~ Primary: Queen bed and luxury hotel bedding
~ 2nd bedroom (accessed via primary bedroom or full bath-see photos): 2 x Twin over Full bunk beds with luxury hotel bedding
~ Full shared bath PLUS additional half bath

Guest Access:
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.

The Neighborhood:
No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

This property is 979 Certified. All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.

WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!

979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.

After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.

Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.

there was issue from the day we check in almost up to the day we check out. they really need to Maintain the property. day 1-running toilet and barking dogs in next unit. day-2- leaking fridge, the outside of it has rust all over it. day-3- the drain pipe going from the dishwasher is leaking at the tee connection where it goes to main sewer line. its located outside next to picnic bench. day-4 the bbq grill is a rust bucket and the handle fell off and 2nd one is not much better. All the days there was issues with the AC unit. they had the thermoset preprogramed to set back to 78 degrees and you could not change it, so even you tried to set it to 72 it would reset itself in a couple of hours. To summarize, our vacation was absolute disaster. I wouldn't recommend this house to anyone! I asked to the property manager for a partial refund and have not gotten anywhere with them.

Toilet seat was broken. I did call and no one called back. The refrigerator leaked water all over the food. The shower door does not shut all the way and it leaked. The shower needs slip guards. The floors were dirty enough to make my feet black.

The property was clean and quiet. The house the room is connected with the other room. Which I really didn't like. It's a good distance walk to the beach even though the ad first states 3 min walk, It's longer than that. My family went for 4th of July and the area fireworks is prohibited which was a bomber. That was one the purpose of our trip.

This place is wonderful except for the Kitchen appliances, stove, dishwasher and fridge. They look like they sat through a flood and were stained and rusty, Inside of them was fine. The rest of place was beautifully decorated and looked brand new. We loved our stay and will definitely do something like this again.
