This property was exactly what we needed. The two upstairs beds were comfy, the living room seating was plentiful and very comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. We were able to throw some meat on the backyard grill and prepare some side dishes in the kitchen for a casual dinner. The back patio was wonderful for an evening in the shade. Location was convenient to all that we were in town for. I highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area.

Home was nice. Great stay. Caution if you’re over 6ft tall. The stairway and hallways have low doorway beams. I’m 6ft 3 in and probably hit my head seven times. Other than that: house was great. Parking area was huge and it was a perfect location. Would definitely stay there again only because my daughter and grandson live just down the street. Host communicated well.

We had a great 3 night stay here. The location worked well for us as we wanted to visit Sight & Sound Theater, Hershey and Amish communities. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cool house. Only thing i was disappointed in was the fire pit area was overgrown and not kept up. But the house was awesome. Highly recommend.

Spenta few nights here while visiting family. It was perfect and as described. Elam was very attentive and communicative. Easy check-in and out processes. Definitely would consider staying again.

This little house worked perfectly for our touring and visiting with relatives. It was centrally located to Ephrata, Lititz and Lancaster. We had our morning coffee on the back deck but did not use the outdoor fire pit because there was record breaking heat during our stay. The best part, the air conditioning in the house was fantastic!

This was such a welcoming and comfortable property!! Perfect size, great location to everything, and clean!! We had a little trouble checking in as the code wouldn't work but the property manager had it fixed in no time. The patio was amazing....Perfect country setting view with the comfy patio furniture and low lights. We can't wait to go back again!!!!!

I stayed here for 2 nights with my mom and aunt. The house was exactly as described/pictured. It was very clean, cozy, and spacious. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. My mom and aunt said the beds were good. I slept on the trifold couch and it was so comfortable! Will definitely book again next year!

This was a very cozy place for our overnight in the area. Communication was very good and very prompt, and filled with positive details. If you have issues with stairs, don’t stay here, as both bedrooms are on second floor; with a narrow set of stairs leading there. For us, it was not a problem. It was advertised with fire pit, and maybe it was there, but we didn’t see it. Decorated very cute with a welcoming flair.

The house is perfect for two couples or several girlfriends to enjoy time away. The house is very clean, the kitchen is spacious and had everything we needed for a simple vacation. The living room has plenty of seating all very comfortable. The two bedrooms upstairs with the bathroom in between them rounded out the house. Linens and towels were provided as well as any essentials you may have forgotten. The patio has a conversation pit and a dinning table both large enough to easily accommodate 6 people. We spent the two evenings by the fire pit which has lighting and a surrounding fence. The space provided privacy and comfort, we enjoyed cocktails and great conversation ... three women alone and felt safe being outside during the evening. We visited family and visited the town of Lititz during our stay which was an easy 15 minute drive away. I would definitely stay here again when in this area.

My husband, daughter, and I enjoyed our stay here very much. The home had just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Only downfall was I wish there were more accessible plugs near the bed in the bedroom with the king-size bed in order to charge our phones easier at night. It was nice having the washer & dryer to keep our laundry done throughout the week. We enjoyed having the Kuerig coffee maker with the frother to enjoy each morning. We felt safe there and all in all it was the perfect place for us to enjoy the area. It is located within an easy driving distance to all of the area attractions. We would definitely come back again.

Thank you for a wonderful girls getaway! The house was so clean and decorated to be a cozy little home. And the deck was an amazing place to hang out. It was within walking distance to a cute little tavern/restaurant, and only 5 minutes to Green Dragon.
