Our fifth or sixth stay. Always a pleasure. Immaculately clean, warm in winter, good kitchen, fenced garden for the pups and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Great meals nearby at the Spring Bay Hotel.

I can’t tell you how happy we were with the cottage. Everything you could need is on hand and it was very welcoming and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and will return again before the crowds come back in summer. Winter getaways are the best. Loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Perfect property, warm & cozy, well equipment with the essentials for living. Quiet end street, all the comforts of home. Awesome to lay in bed and hear the waves roll in on the beach. Our 10+year old Lab "Josie" loved the yard it was safe and secure for her. Cafes and supermarket all in a gentle walking distance. Will be back for sure. :-)

It was very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. It suited three adults very well but would be excellent for a family. We used it as a base to go to Maria island. Our stay was only two nights but if you stayed longer then the outdoor areas would be great to relax in.

This was our second stay and it won't be our last! The house is so casual and homely, like a real beach shack. Being able to walk to the beach is a real bonus. Also easy walking distance to the shops for supplies, a coffee or a meal. Love that it is dog friendly too. Excellent communication with both the owner and property manager who went out of her way to help when we left an item of clothing in one of the bedrooms - thanks Marie! Highly recommended

Such an amazing property. We really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. Lots of space in the yard for kids to play. Very good BBQ, although it wasn’t mentioned in the property description. We look forward to returning to this place again.

We have found a new happy place and have had an amazing weekend with all the comforts of home. Beds are super comfortable and hearing the waves at night just amplified our relaxing getaway. Our 2 little dogs also loved being with us, we can't wait to come back. Thank you so much Sally and Chris for your kindness and hospitality. Great location right near the beach, shops and cafe's.

This was our second stay at this property. At the end of the street is the beach or either side of this are great walking trails. We wanted a rental where our dogs were allowed to come as well. House was comfortable for our needs. No need to drive anywhere, IGA and eateries were walking distance from house.

The midcentury house was a perfect holiday spot. It was so clean, welcoming, and an amazing location. The house had everything, plus more. A comfy bed, all the knick-knacks you needed in the kitchen, a fantastic secure garden for the fur babies. It's so close to Shelly's beach, to go for long walks and explore. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the hosts for making it such a memorable stay!

Great cottage to rest and relax, enjoy a book in the garden or stroll on the beach which was just a few metres away at the end of the quiet street. We thorough enjoyed our stay and will look to revisit if we get the chance.

The house was wonderful and had plenty of space for us to enjoy. The yard was large for us to be able to play with our grand children. The view from the house to the water was great and to also see Maria Island. We will definately stay here again.

Perfect getaway for us oldies, including Rosie our oldie pooch who absolutely loved it. Everything handy and stacks of room. Sun room was perfect for reading 📚 and doing sudoku. Will definitely come back again, cheers Jen and Steve

The kids and I had a fantastic stay. Relaxed beach house in a great location, bike rides beaches and fishing in every direction. We took advantage of the multiple outdoors spaces to find the sun at any time of day. Two living areas and a well stocked kitchen also made it easy to stay put. Highly recommended.

We could not have asked for more at this well-equipped, clean and perfectly position home. Our host was so kind and generous in accommodating a special request and nothing was too much trouble. The house was very comfortable, and the sunroom proved a popular retreat for our grandchildren to watch their own movie choice when it rained. A great place for young children with the beach and the playground close by. We would love to return one day!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this property. It was a true gem for our young family to access the walking tracks and park nearby. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog. The space felt large, light and relaxing. We will be back! Thanks again!

From the moment we walked through the door it felt like home, welcoming, great yard for our 2 dogs and everything that you need. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who is looking for relaxation, beach walks and a place to bring your dogs.

Such a great home and so close to the beach. This house was incredibly clean and had absolutely everything you could need. Although the house was fully fenced, the front fence was low making it easy for my Houdini staffy dog to escape (if she wanted to) so had to be supervised when outside. The sunroom was gorgeous for a morning cuppa in the sun. Great communication with the hosts and will definately stay again.

This was the third time we have stayed in this cottage and have enjoyed each time more. Even with my injured foot the stay was delightful. The hostess is amazing and answers all emails quickly and is very helpful. We will be back and for hopefully longer next time 🥰
