This 3 Level Belmont Townhouse, perfectly located in the upscale Belmont Towers, sits right on the Ocean City Boardwalk! Even better, Belmont Towers Townhouse 8 allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering mini week stays, AND linens are included with your stay! You can stay Sunday - Thursday, Thursday - Sunday or weekly stays arriving Sunday or Thursday!

This spectacular Townhome has so much to offer - let’s start with its convenient and unique location, close to everywhere you want to be! Take a break from the Beach and enjoy the Seasonal Outdoor Pool, or stroll down the Boardwalk to one of the many Family Friendly Attractions OC has to offer! Without a doubt, there is something for everyone in your family!

The Open Layout of the Main Living Area at Belmont Townhouse 8 is warm and welcoming - perfect for spending time together without feeling crowded. Relax and enjoy Family Game Night or your favorite Movie in the spacious Living Area with Flat Screen TV and Free WiFi. Or grab a cocktail from the Wet Bar and share stories of the day’s adventures. Conveniently, 2 of the Sofas are Queen Sleeper Sofas, and can sleep up to 4 people. No need for luggage carts with the convenient back entrance, you will find the 2 parking spaces just out your door making loading and unloading a breeze!

Wander upstairs, and you’ll find an intimate Sitting Room with a Sleeper Sofa, where you can slip out to the Balcony to take in that salty, sweet sea breeze. Around the corner is the Primary Bedroom - a glorious retreat with a King Bed, large Flat Screen TV, shared access to the Balcony, and a Private Wet Bar! The Private Bath delivers a spa-like experience with a large Soaking Tub - relaxation at its finest. The Laundry, also on this level, has a full size Washer and Dryer.

This condo was perfect for our family/friends beach trip!! The property was clean, spacious, and the owners made it a simple process for check in and out. Having the parking garage accessible was a great feature. Centrally located to walk to the boardwalk, restaurants and more. The ocean and boardwalk view from the pool area was beautiful !! Highly recommend.

The property was pretty much as was advertised. Communication was easy, with prompt responses. Great location!!

The townhouse was very nice and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots pans and dishwasher. We had small issue with the microwave which was resolved on the hour. Seaside vacations was very responsive to our call about the microwave. They are very customer service oriented. Most importantly, location is everything, we were a three minute walk to the boardwalk and beach! Due to the great location we we spent our time where we wanted near the on the beach viewing the Atlantic Ocean!🙂

Very clean and well equipped property for a party of 12 (Six adults and six kids). Location cannot be beaten as it is right off the broadwalk. Property has two parking spots, and several public lots are close by. Property itself is very clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped for a vacation. The management is easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great location for a family with young children . The boardwalk is a few steps away ! We utilized the park with the slides conveniently located a short walk down the boardwalk . Quick Pizza and Fries for lunch is right around the corner. Will not book another property after this experience.

All The convenience’s of home right on the boardwalk. Plenty of space for everyone. Townhouse was clean and ready before 4:00 so we were able to settle in quickly and hit the beach and boardwalk.

This townhome was perfect for our party of 9. The close proximity to the beach and other attractions was ideal for the children. We would definitely recommend.
