This open and spacious 3-bedroom 3-bath home is a perfect escape to enjoy both winter and summer activities. This one-level home will sleep up to 6 guests and is set on a spacious, private lot.

The living area is light and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows. The large wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings with a 36-inch TV to enjoy. The sliding door leads to the patio area and a large yard to enjoy during the summer months.

Off the living area is a dining table that will seat 8. The bright, open kitchen is spacious with a one-of-a-kind beautiful skylight above and lots of counter space for cooking and easy entertaining. Six bar stools provide extra seating at the eating bar that surrounds the kitchen.

The additional family room features a 65-inch TV, bookshelves, and areas for storing equipment. There is a full-size laundry room just off the family room.

Wake up to the views of Bald Mountain from the separate primary suite that features a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and a 42-inch TV. The bath has a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and a separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower tub combo. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and its own full-size bath with a single sink vanity and shower tub combo. Mountain Rides free bus stop just yards from the driveway. There is lots of parking and a spacious yard, perfect for summer games or building snowmen in the winter. A wonderful place to create lifetime memories.

Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the property, especially because it has air conditioning and Sun Valley was having an unusual hot spell.

The property was the perfect place for our family to stay for a wedding! Just enough space for all of us to spread out but still be together. The rooms were comfortable and the bathrooms very clean. We were able to get ready for all our events without stepping on each other’s toes. The temperature was warm at first, but we go it to cool down and then it was quite nice. Keyless entry was very nice and the WiFi signal was quite strong. Only issue is that no map app will take you to the right place. It could use a sign or something to signify its location.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Home was very clean but very dated. Had a very musty smell. No a/c which we new but screen door was ripped so couldn’t open the door due to wildlife off the back patio. Don’t plan to be in the unit before 8-9 pm this time of year. Exterior is falling apart. 2-4 docks falling off the roof into the driveway. I found a broom and moved them so no one spains an ankle. Sprinklers ran daily but lawn hasn’t been mowed yet this year. Rear patio isn’t usable and the grill is 10 years old. Got a text on the 3rd day before we left at 9:42 am that some 3rd party company was coming replace the stove between 11-130. Texted them that it was unacceptable and received a text back that we didn’t need to be there and they where reputable. Since they had our door code we cancelled our plans and waited all day . No communication and no one showed up. Since we weren’t coFor table with “someone “ having our door code we packed up and left 2 days early. Cost us 800.00 to not stay there. Since this is totally against VRBO policy we will report it and see where it goes. Dont do business with this company

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is very comfortable and well located. You are 5 minutes from the Warm Springs lifts at Baldy! Its open plan and expansive views are wonderful. Our biggest problem started on the first night. The driveway had not been plowed recently and we spent 2 hours shoveling. The rental company was closed until the next day. When we called they did get someone to come out and help but there was already a thick ice base that couldn't be solved. We had to trade our car in just to get something strong enough to get in and out. The back door lock is broken, although the screen can lock and there is a heating issue that made the house too hot all the time. We had to open the windows 24/7. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a binder at the house explaining the heat, electronics and general information. There was a lot to like about this property, but the problems we had tainted our visit.

Reviewer Comments: This is a really great house located in a convenient skiing area just outside of Ketchum. Amazingly well stocked kitchen -- and we are experienced foodies. We did have a few issues, however: there was no firewood when we arrived, and we had to call twice to get some; also there were ants in one of the bedrooms; and the water heater for the showers is not adequate for six people to shower; and the thermostats did not work so we had to control heat by opening and closing windows. Overall a great place to stay -- if they address these other issues.

Couldn’t have had a better place to stay! The owners thought of absolutely everything to make our stay the most comfortable and welcoming as possible. We loved everything about it. Spacious yet cozy mountain home.
