You will instantly relax in this luxury two story family size haven. Lush tropical gardens surround this immaculate property.
There are two independent levels, perfect for two families or couples sharing, in resort style comfort. With such a spacious property room is a plenty.
Enhanced by the seamless flow of indoor/ outdoor living on both levels, enjoy cheese, wine, and conversation around the upstairs high end kitchen island or first floor kitchenette and bbq terrace where you can hear the soothing sounds of the rolling waves and get glimpses of the ocean.
There is king bed accommodation to all 4 bedrooms, each with its own ensuite and walk in robe . Two of the bedrooms can be converted to 2 king singles. However if you need more beds, we can supply rollaway beds. This home is oversized and private.
The sumptuous solar heated pool with its sunbathing deck. Just outside the pool fence are two enclosed grassed courtyards for children to play. Including another deck with a beautiful and comfortable seated section. Downstairs you also have an outdoor entertaining area just to the side of the pool, you will never miss out on the action.
There’s even a co working space if you need to get to that urgent deadline without the family around.
With beach access directly opposite, you’ll be in beachside heaven. The walkway to Salt Beach is just opposite. Take a stroll along the pristine white beach.
Walking distance to the Salt Village, Kingscliff’s premier shopping, dining and lifestyle precinct.
Feel the sea breeze coming from the beautiful stretch of unadulterated beach from this idyllic hideaway.
Salt Village Precinct:
The village has award winning fine dining, pub bistro, cafes, Italian, Thai, Indian, fish n chips and gelato to satisfy all tastes; and a variety of boutique shops, beauty salons, an IGA supermarket and a bottle shop.
What to do:
For fun family activities, you can visit Tropical Fruit World with its various orchards of tropical fruits, mini golf, animal park and kiddie rides, Farm & Co and their gorgeous sunflower garden, walks along the wide walking/bike track to Cudgen Creek or indulge in endless days lapping up the sun, sea and surf of Kingscliff Beach. For food connoisseurs, there’s a Tweed Hinterland Food and Drink Tour, Paper Daisy, Taverna GreekTavern, Fins and Qroma. Farm and Co, Pippit, Tweed River House. For liquid refreshments, check out Husk Gin Distillery, Red Earth Brewery.
Water lovers:
Cudgen Creek is only a 10 minute stroll to the left where both families and couples congregate to enjoy picnics, swimming, fishing or hire paddle boards and kayaks. Getting around:
Only 15 minutes south of Coolangatta Airport on the Tweed Coast, 45 minutes north of Byron Bay and a 50 minute drive to the Gold Coast theme parks (Movie World, Wet n Wild and SeaWorld), You are literally right in the heart of having the most amazing family holiday. If flying into Coolangatta, there’s the 30-minute 601 bus to Kingscliff, taxis $40-$50, towncars ($60-$190) and Ubers, as alternatives to your transport or hiring a car.
